2. A compound of claim 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein an EC 50 ratio of the compound in an assay of constitutive proteasome activity as compared to the EC 50 of the compound in an assay of immunoproteasome activity is greater than 1.0.
3. A compound of claim 2 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein the EC 50 ratio is greater than 3.0.
4. A pharmaceutical composition, comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or diluent and a compound of claim 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
