Purine and imidazopyridine derivatives for immunosuppression
View Patent ↗The present invention provides novel purine and imidazopyridine derivatives useful for the prevention and treatment of autoimmune diseases, inflammatory disease, mast cell mediated disease and transplant rejection. The compounds are of the general formulas:
1. A compound of formula:
wherein R 6 is hydrogen or halogen.

wherein X 1 is selected from hydrogen, cyano, halogen, halo(C 1 -C 6 )alkyl and halo(C 1 -C 6 )alkoxy, and R 6 is hydrogen or halogen.
