circuitry configured for controlling the at least one extended part, the one or more tools, and deployment of the array of sensors.

2. The device of claim 1 , wherein the at least one extended part that is operable to deliver one or more substances from the at least one receiving body to one or more locations and that includes one or more removably covered portholes disposed along a longitudinal length of the at least one extended part comprises:

at least one telescoping part that is operable to deliver one or more substances from the at least one receiving body to one or more locations and that includes one or more removably covered portholes disposed along a longitudinal length of the at least one telescoping part.

3. The device of claim 1 , wherein the at least one extended part that is operable to deliver one or more substances from the at least one receiving body to one or more locations and that includes one or more removably covered portholes disposed along a longitudinal length of the at least one extended part comprises:

at least one extended part composed of two or more sliding pieces that is operable to deliver one or more substances from the at least one receiving body to one or more locations and that includes one or more removably covered portholes disposed along a longitudinal length of the at least one extended part.

4. The device of claim 1 , wherein the at least one extended part that is operable to deliver one or more substances from the at least one receiving body to one or more locations and that includes one or more removably covered portholes disposed along a longitudinal length of the at least one extended part comprises:

at least one extensible part that is operable to deliver one or more substances from the at least one receiving body to one or more locations and that includes one or more removably covered portholes disposed along a longitudinal length of the at least one extensible part.

5. The device of claim 1 , wherein the at least one extended part that is operable to deliver one or more substances from the at least one receiving body to one or more locations and that includes one or more removably covered portholes disposed along a longitudinal length of the at least one extended part comprises:

at least one flexible extended part that is operable to deliver one or more substances from the at least one receiving body to one or more locations and that includes one or more removably covered portholes disposed along a longitudinal length of the at least one flexible extended part.

6. The device of claim 1 , wherein the at least one extended part that is operable to deliver one or more substances from the at least one receiving body to one or more locations and that includes one or more removably covered portholes disposed along a longitudinal length of the at least one extended part comprises:

at least one guidable extended part that is operable to deliver one or more substances from the at least one receiving body to one or more locations and that includes one or more removably covered portholes disposed along a longitudinal length of the at least one guidable extended part.

7. The device of claim 1 , wherein the at least one extended part that is operable to deliver one or more substances from the at least one receiving body to one or more locations and that includes one or more removably covered portholes disposed along a longitudinal length of the at least one extended part comprises:

at least one extended part that is operable to deliver one or more substances from the at least one receiving body to one or more locations and that includes one or more controllably openable and/or closable portholes disposed along a longitudinal length of the at least one extended part.

8. The device of claim 1 , wherein the at least one extended part that is operable to deliver one or more substances from the at least one receiving body to one or more locations and that includes one or more removably covered portholes disposed along a longitudinal length of the at least one extended part comprises:

at least one extended part that is operable to deliver one or more fluid substances from the at least one receiving body to one or more locations and that includes one or more removably covered portholes disposed along a longitudinal length of the at least one extended part.

9. The device of claim 1 , wherein the at least one extended part that is operable to deliver one or more substances from the at least one receiving body to one or more locations and that includes one or more removably covered portholes disposed along a longitudinal length of the at least one extended part comprises:

at least one extended part that is operable to deliver one or more non-fluid substances from the at least one receiving body to one or more locations and that includes one or more removably covered portholes disposed along a longitudinal length of the at least one extended part.

10. The device of claim 1 , wherein the at least one extended part that is operable to deliver one or more substances from the at least one receiving body to one or more locations and that includes one or more removably covered portholes disposed along a longitudinal length of the at least one extended part comprises:

at least one extended part that is operable to deliver one or more substances from the at least one receiving body to one or more locations and that includes one or more removably covered portholes disposed in a wall of the at least one extended part.

11. The device of claim 1 , wherein the array of sensors deployable from at least one of the one or more removably covered portholes comprises:

an array of sensors distributed among and deployable from the one or more removably covered portholes.

12. The device of claim 1 , wherein the array of sensors deployable from at least one of the one or more removably covered portholes comprises:
