Physiological condition measuring device
A device is configured for one or more of communication transfer and audio/video playback. The device includes a sensing system for measuring a physiological condition through manipulation of an output of the device and analysis of a user response.

a device, said device configured for at least one of communication transfer or audio/video playback, said device including a sensing system for measurement of a physiological condition through manipulation of an output of said device and analysis of a user response.

a housing;
a processing unit enclosed by said housing; and
an image capture device for capturing an image, said image capture device being coupled to said processing unit, wherein said communication device is configured for measurement of a physiological condition by analysis of said image.

22 . The communication device as claimed in claim 20 , wherein said processing unit is configured to recognize facial features.

28 . The communication device as claimed in claim 20 , further comprising a breath analyzer electrically coupled to said processing unit.

circuitry for adjusting a ring volume to determine a level of volume in which said user responds to a ring.
35 . The communication device as claimed in claim 32 , wherein said processing unit configured to measure said hearing capability is operably coupled with circuitry for manipulation of a frequency of audio output supplied by said speaker.
36 . The communication device as claimed in claim 35 , wherein said circuitry for manipulation of a frequency of audio output supplied by said speaker comprises:
circuitry for adjusting a ring frequency to determine a frequency level in which said user responds to a ring.
37 . The communication device as claimed in claim 20 , further comprising a display electrically coupled to said processing unit.
38 . The communication device as claimed in claim 37 , wherein said processing unit is configured to measure a vision capability of a user.

50 . The communication device as claimed in claim 48 , wherein said processing unit is configured to monitor movement of a user and is operably coupled with said location determination device.
51 . The communication device as claimed in claim 50 , wherein said processing unit is configured to deliver an alert message when movement of said user ceases for a designated period.
