1. A kit comprising a kallikrein inhibitor in a hermetically sealed container, wherein the kallikrein inhibitor comprises amino acids 3-60 of SEQ ID NO:2.
2. The kit of claim 1 further comprising an infusion bottle containing sterile pharmaceutical grade water for injection.
3. The kit of claim 1 further comprising an infusion bottle containing sterile saline.
4. The kit of claim 1 further comprising an ampoule containing sterile pharmaceutical grade water for injection.
5. The kit of claim 1 further comprising an ampoule containing sterile saline.
6. The kit of claim 1 , wherein the hermetically sealed container is an ampoule.
7. The kit of claim 6 , wherein the ampoule indicates the quantity of the kallikrein inhibitor in activity units.
8. The kit of claim 1 , wherein the hermetically sealed container is a sachette.
9. The kit of claim 8 , wherein the sachaette indicates the quantity of the kallikrein inhibitor in activity units.
10. The kit of claim 1 , wherein the kallikrein inhibitor consists of amino acids 3-60 of SEQ ID NO:2.
11. The kit of claim 1 , wherein the kallikrein inhibitor comprises SEQ ID NO:2.
12. The kit of claim 1 , wherein the kallikrein inhibitor consists of SEQ ID NO:2.
13. The kit of claim 1 , wherein the kallikrein inhibitor is a dry lyophilized powder.
14. The kit of claim 1 , wherein the kallikrein inhibitor is a water free concentrate.
