Abstract

CTLA-8 related antigens from mammals, reagents related thereto including purified proteins, specific antibodies, and nucleic acids encoding said antigens. Methods of using said reagents and diagnostic kits are also provided.

Claims (6)

1. An isolated or recombinant polypeptide comprising amino acid residues 1-145 of SEQ ID NO:14.

2. The isolated or recombinant polypeptide of claim 1 , which comprises SEQ ID NO:14.

3. The isolated or recombinant polypeptide of claim 1 , which consists of SEQ ID NO:14.

4. The isolated or recombinant polypeptide of claim 1 , which consists of the amino acid residues 1-145 of SEQ ID NO:14.

5. The isolated or recombinant polypeptide of claim 1 , which is a fusion protein.

6. A composition comprising an isolated or recombinant polypeptide and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, wherein the polypeptide comprises amino acid residues 1-145 of SEQ ID NO:14.
