Abstract

CTLA-8 related antigens from mammals, reagents related thereto including purified proteins, specific antibodies, and nucleic acids encoding said antigens. Methods of using said reagents and diagnostic kits are also provided.

Claims (3)

1. A binding compound comprising an antigen binding portion from an antibody which binds with selectivity to a polypeptide comprising the amino acid residues 1-145 of SEQ ID NO:14.

2. The binding compound of claim 1 , wherein the antibody is a monoclonal antibody.

3. A monoclonal antibody which binds with selectivity to a polypeptide comprising the amino acid residues 1-145 of SEQ ID NO:14.
