Abstract

The present invention relates to compounds of the Formula I wherein R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , R 6 , R 7 and A are as defined. Compounds of the Formula I have activity inhibiting production of Aβ-peptide. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions and methods for treating diseases and disorders, for example, neurodegenerative and/or neurological disorders, e.g., Alzheimer's disease, in a mammal comprising compounds of the Formula I.

Claims (9)

1. A compound which is

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

2. A pharmaceutical composition, comprising a therapeutically effective amount of a compound according to claim 1 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.

3. A compound which is

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

4. A pharmaceutical composition, comprising a therapeutically effective amount of a compound according to claim 3 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.

5. A compound which is

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

6. A pharmaceutical composition, comprising a therapeutically effective amount of a compound according to claim 5 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
