Abstract

The invention relates to novel indole derivatives of the general formula 1, to their preparation and to their use as medicaments, in particular for treating tumors.

Claims (10)

1. Indole compounds of the general Formula 1

in which

R denotes hydrogen; straight-chain or branched (C 1 -C 6 )-alkyl; (C 1 -C 6 )-alkyl which is mono- or polysubstituted by aryl, where the aryl radical [lacuna] unsubstituted or mono- to penta-[lacuna] by identical or different substituents from the group consisting of halogen, (C 1 -C 6 )-alkyl, (C 3 -C 7 )-cycloalkyl, carboxyl, (C 1 -C 6 )-alkoxy-carbonyl, straight-chain or branched (C 1 -C 6 )-alkyl, which is substituted by one or more fluorine atoms, hydroxyl, straight-chain or branched (C 1 -C 6 )-alkoxy; benzyloxy or aryl-(C 1 -C 6 )-alkyl, where the aryl radical may be unsubstituted or mono- or pentasubstituted by identical or different substituents from the group consisting of (C 1 -C 6 )-alkyl, halogen and straight-chain or branched (C 1 -C 6 )-alkyl which is substituted by one or more fluorine atoms;

straight-chain or branched (C 1 -C 6 )-alkoxy-(C 1 -C 6 )-alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted aryl-(C 1 -C 6 )-alkyloxycarbonyl, straight-chain or branched (C 1 -C 6 )-alkyloxycarbonyl, straight-chain or branched (C 1 -C 6 )-alkylcarbonyl, (C 2 -C 6 )-alkenyl, (C 2 -C 6 )-alkynyl, or straight-chain or branched cyano-(C 1 -C 6 )-alkyl;

R 1 denotes a pyrido[2,3-b]-pyrazinyl group;

R 2 denotes hydrogen, (C 1 -C 6 )-alkyl, (C 1 -C 6 )-alkyl which is mono- or polysubstituted by halogen, (C 1 -C 6 )-alkyl which is mono- or polysubstituted by phenyl, where the phenyl radical may be unsubstituted or mono- to pentasubstituted by identical or different substituents from the group consisting of halogen, (C 1 -C 6 )-alkyl, (C 3 -C 7 )-cycloalkyl, carboxyl, (C 1 -C 6 )-alkoxycarbonyl, (C 1 -C 6 )-alkyl which is mono- or polysubstituted by halogen, hydroxyl, (C 1 -C 6 )-alkoxy, phenyl-(C 1 -C 6 )-alkoxy, nitro, amino, mono-(C 1 -C 6 )-alkylamino, di-(C 1 -C 6 )-alkylamino, mono-(C 3 - 6 )-cycloalkylamino, di-(C 3-6 )-cycloalkylamino, (C 1 -C 6 )-acylamino, phenyl-(C 1 -C 6 )-alkylamino, arylcarbonylamino, heteroarylcarbonylamino, (C 1 -C 6 )-alkylsulfonamido, arylsulfonamido, maleinimido, succinimido, phthalimido, benzyloxycarbonylamino (Z-amino), tert-butoxycarbonylamino (BOC-amino), 9-fluorenylmethoxycarbonylamino (Fmoc-amino), triphenylmethylamino (Tr-amino), 2-(4′-pyridyl)-ethoxycarbonylamino (Pyoc-amino), diphenylmethylsilylamino (DPMS-amino), —NH—CH 2 —COOH; —NH—CH(CH 3 )—COOH; (CH 3 ) 2 CH—CH 2 —CH 2 —CH(NH—)—COOH; H 3 C—CH 2 —CH(CH 3 )—CH(NH—)—COOH; HOH 2 C—CH(NH—)—COOH; phenyl-CH 2 —CH(NH—)—COOH; (4-imidazolyl)-CH 2 —CH(NH—)—COOH; HN═C(NH 2 )—NH—(CH 2 ) 3 —CH(NH—)—COOH; H 2 N—(CH 2 ) 4 —CH(NH—)—COOH; H 2 N—CO—CH 2 —CH(NH—)—COOH; or HOOC—(CH 2 ) 2 —CH(NH—)—COOH;

R 3 and R 4 may be attached to the indole carbon atoms C-2, C-4, C-5, C-6 or C-7 and independently of one another denote hydrogen, hydroxyl, (C 1 -C 6 )-alkyl, (C 3 -C 7 )-cycloalkyl, (C 1 -C 6 )-alkylcarbonyl, (C 1 -C 6 )-alkoxy, halogen, aryl-(C 1 -C 4 )-alkoxy, nitro, amino, mono-(C 1 -C 4 )-alkylamino, di-(C 1 -C 4 )-alkylamino, (C 1 -C 6 )-alkoxycarbonylamino, (C 1 -C 6 )-alkoxycarbonylamino-(C 1 -C 6 )-alkyl, cyano, straight-chain or branched cyano-(C 1 -C 6 )-alkyl, carboxyl, (C 1 -C 4 )-alkoxycarbonyl, (C 1 -C 4 )-alkyl which is substituted by one or more fluorine atoms, carboxy-(C 1 -C 6 )-alkyl or (C 1 -C 6 )-alkoxycarbonyl-(C 1 -C 6 )-alkyl;

Z 1 denotes oxygen or sulfur;

Z 2 denotes oxygen or sulfur, their tautomers, stereoisomers, including the diastereomers and enantiomers, and the physiologically acceptable salts thereof.

2. Indole compounds of the general formula (1) according to claim 1 , characterized in that R, R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , Z 1 and Z 2 have the meanings given above and R 1 depicts a pyrido[2,3-b]-pyranzinyl group.
