Abstract

The present disclosure is directed, in part, to compounds and methods for imaging myocardial perfusion, comprising administering to a patient a contrast agent which comprises a compound that binds MC-1, and an imaging moiety, and scanning the patient using diagnostic imaging.

Claims (15)

1. A method for detecting, imaging or monitoring myocardial perfusion, comprising:

administering to a patient a sterile formulation comprising a compound of the following formula:

scanning the patient using diagnostic imaging.

2. A method for detecting, imaging, or monitoring myocardial perfusion, comprising:

administering to a patient a contrast agent; and

scanning the patient using diagnostic imaging,

wherein the contrast agent is

3. A method for detecting, imaging, or monitoring myocardial perfusion, comprising:

administering to a patient a contrast agent; and

scanning the patient using diagnostic imaging,
