Anthranilamide inhibitors of Aurora kinase
View Patent ↗The present invention relates to a compound represented by the following formula: or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; where R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , r and s are as previously defined. Compounds of the present invention are useful in the treatment of diseases associated with Aurora kinase activity such as cancer.
1. A compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, which compound is N-(1-methylethyl)-2-[(5-methyl-2-{[3-(4-methyl-2-oxo-1-piperazinyl)phenyl]amino}-4-pyrimidinyl)amino]benzamide.
2. The compound of claim 1 .
3. The pharmaceutically acceptable salt of the compound of claim 1 .
4. A composition comprising a) the compound of claim 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; and b) at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.
