Abstract

The methods and systems described herein may involve providing a device, determining at least one lifeotype of at least one individual in association with the device, analyzing the at least one lifeotype, and modifying at least one attribute of the device based on the analysis. The methods and systems described herein may involve providing a computer program that operates on a data structure that includes at least one of life byte data and lifeotype data, and providing an interface to such computer program whereby a system may access the computer program to obtain at least one of the life byte data and the lifeotype data.

Claims (35)

1. A computer-system-implemented method of controlling a separate device, the computer system having at least one programmed processor to implement the method, the method comprising:

continuously collecting data components of an individual from a wearable sensor device;

collecting another set of data components of the individual from a source separate from the wearable device; and

providing a database accessible by said computer system comprising data structures of other individuals, wherein said data structures of the other individuals are related to known human traits,

the computer system—

(i) utilizing collected data components from the wearable sensor device to identify activities in which the individual is engaged during the individual's daily life;

(ii) assembling a data structure from a plurality of data components wherein at least one set of data components of the data structure comprises the collected data components from the wearable sensor device, the set of data components collected from the wearable device corresponding to a plurality of said identified activities in which the individual is engaged during the individual's daily life, and wherein at least one other set of data components of the data structure comprises the another set of data components of the individual from a source separate from the wearable device;

(iii) accessing said database to determine a similarity of the data structure with data structures of the other individuals; and

(iv) based on the determination, predicting a human trait of the individual, wherein at least one operational attribute of a separate device in electronic communication with the computer system is modified based on the data structure.

2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the separate device is an entertainment device.

3. The method of claim 1 , wherein the separate device is a medical device.

4. The method of claim 1 , wherein the separate device is a pacemaker heart or cardiac related device.

5. The method of claim 1 , wherein the separate device is a glucometer blood or glucose-level related device.

6. The method of claim 1 , wherein the separate device measures a surrogate for glucose level.

7. The method of claim 1 , wherein the separate device measures heart rate.

8. The method of claim 1 , wherein the separate device is a computing device.

9. The method of claim 1 , wherein the attribute is the power status of the separate device.

10. The method of claim 1 , wherein the separate device comprises the at least one sensor in proximity to the individual.

11. The method of claim 1 , wherein the device measures activity level.

12. A computer-system-implemented method that operates on a data structure predicative of a human trait, the computer system having at least one programmed processor to implement the method, the method comprising:

providing continuously collected data components from a wearable sensor device, the data components from the wearable device associated with activities in which the individual is engaged during the individual's daily life;

providing another set of data components of the individual from a source separate from the wearable device;

providing a database accessible by said computer system comprising data structures of other individuals, wherein said data structures of other individuals are related to known human traits;

the computer system—

(i) assembling a data structure from a plurality of data components wherein at least one set of data components comprises the collected data components from the wearable sensor device and wherein another set of data components comprises the other set of data components,

(ii) accessing the database to determine a similarity of the data structure with the data structures of other individuals, and

(iii) assigning a predicted human trait to the data structure based on said determination, and

providing an interface to such computer-implemented method whereby a separate system may query the computer-implemented method to obtain at least on aspect of the data structure;

wherein in response to said query, performing an analysis of said at least one aspect of said data structure.

13. The method of claim 12 , wherein the separate system is a medical system.

14. The method of claim 12 , wherein the separate system is a entertainment system.

15. The method of claim 12 , wherein the separate system is a financial system.

16. The method of claim 12 , wherein the separate system is a network.

17. The method of claim 12 , wherein the separate system is a storage system that stores said data structure.

18. The method of claim 12 , further comprising, permitting the control of a separate device by the separate system.
