Abstract

HLA-A24-restricted peptides derived from WT1 which have an activity to induce CTLs in vivo, polynucleotides encoding said peptides, cancer vaccines using those peptides or polynucleotides in vivo or in vitro, or the like are provided. The cancer vaccines of the present invention may be used to treat many cancer patients.

Claims (6)

1. An isolated peptide comprising the amino acid sequence:

Ala Tyr Leu Pro Ala Val Pro Ser Leu

(SEQ ID NO: 5).

2. The isolated peptide of claim 1 , which consists of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 5.

3. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the isolated peptide of claim 1 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.

4. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the isolated peptide of claim 2 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
