Abstract

Systems and methods are described for obtaining and acting upon information indicative of circulatory health and related phenomena in human beings or other subjects.

Claims (93)

1 . A system comprising:

circuitry for obtaining local circulatory information relating to a leg of a subject; and

circuitry for signaling a decision whether to transmit a notification in response to one or more comparisons between filtering information specific to the subject and the local circulatory information relating to the leg of the subject.

2 . The system of claim 1 , further comprising:

an interface component configured to receive information intentionally provided by the subject.

3 . The system of claim 1 , further comprising:

circuitry for monitoring a systemic health status of the subject.

4 . The system of claim 1 , further comprising:

dispensing logic configured to signal a dispensation of one or more therapeutic agents conditionally.

5 . The system of claim 1 , further comprising:

one or more lytic-agent-containing dispensers.

6 . The system of claim 1 , further comprising:

one or more special-purpose substances facilitating effective contact between the subject and the circuitry for obtaining local circulatory information relating to a leg of a subject.

7 . The system of claim 1 , further comprising:

one or more utility devices configured to be handled by the subject.

8 . The system of claim 1 , further comprising:

a seat configured to support the subject; and

an engine operable for conveying the seat.

9 . The system of claim 1 in which the circuitry for obtaining local circulatory information relating to a leg of a subject comprises:

one or more components of an implantable device.

10 . The system of claim 1 in which the circuitry for obtaining local circulatory information relating to a leg of a subject comprises:

circuitry for obtaining a comparison result as the local circulatory information relating to the leg of the subject.

11 . The system of claim 1 in which the circuitry for obtaining local circulatory information relating to a leg of a subject comprises:

circuitry for configuring an artificial support to modify a force upon the leg of the subject.

12 . The system of claim 1 in which the circuitry for signaling a decision whether to transmit a notification in response to one or more comparisons between filtering information specific to the subject and the local circulatory information relating to the leg of the subject comprises:

an interface component configured to signal the subject.

13 . The system of claim 1 in which the circuitry for signaling a decision whether to transmit a notification in response to one or more comparisons between filtering information specific to the subject and the local circulatory information relating to the leg of the subject comprises:

circuitry for including at least user-provided input with the notification.

14 . The system of claim 1 in which the circuitry for signaling a decision whether to transmit a notification in response to one or more comparisons between filtering information specific to the subject and the local circulatory information relating to the leg of the subject comprises:

circuitry for receiving information from one or more sensors adjacent the leg of the subject.

15 . The system of claim 1 in which the circuitry for signaling a decision whether to transmit a notification in response to one or more comparisons between filtering information specific to the subject and the local circulatory information relating to the leg of the subject comprises:

circuitry for detecting additional information about the leg of the subject.

16 . The system of claim 1 in which the circuitry for signaling a decision whether to transmit a notification in response to one or more comparisons between filtering information specific to the subject and the local circulatory information relating to the leg of the subject comprises:

circuitry for enabling a performance of at least one of the one or more comparisons at a resource remote from the subject.

17 . The system of claim 1 in which the circuitry for obtaining local circulatory information relating to a leg of a subject comprises:

circuitry for relating the local circulatory information to one or more of a thigh location, a calf location, or a foot location of the leg of the subject.

18 . The system of claim 1 in which the circuitry for obtaining local circulatory information relating to a leg of a subject comprises:

circuitry for capturing one or more shape-indicative images in the local circulatory information relating to the leg of the subject.

19 . The system of claim 1 in which the circuitry for signaling a decision whether to transmit a notification in response to one or more comparisons between filtering information specific to the subject and the local circulatory information relating to the leg of the subject comprises:

circuitry for including at least a magnitude indication with the notification.

20 . The system of claim 1 in which the circuitry for signaling a decision whether to transmit a notification in response to one or more comparisons between filtering information specific to the subject and the local circulatory information relating to the leg of the subject comprises:

circuitry for performing at least one of the one or more comparisons using an updated normalcy threshold.

21 . The system of claim 1 in which the circuitry for signaling a decision whether to transmit a notification in response to one or more comparisons between filtering information specific to the subject and the local circulatory information relating to the leg of the subject comprises:

circuitry for obtaining at least some of the filtering information from another limb of the subject.

22 . A system comprising:

means for obtaining local circulatory information relating to a leg of a subject; and

means for signaling a decision whether to transmit a notification in response to one or more comparisons between filtering information specific to the subject and the local circulatory information relating to the leg of the subject.

23 . The system of claim 22 in which the means for obtaining local circulatory information relating to a leg of a subject comprises:

means for obtaining a comparison result as the local circulatory information relating to the leg of the subject.

24 . The system of claim 22 in which the means for obtaining local circulatory information relating to a leg of a subject comprises:

means for configuring an artificial support to modify a force upon the leg of the subject.

obtaining local circulatory information relating to a leg of a subject; and

signaling a decision whether to transmit a notification in response to one or more comparisons between filtering information specific to the subject and the local circulatory information relating to the leg of the subject.

circuitry for obtaining at least some of the filtering information from another limb of the subject.

53 . The system of claim 17 in which the circuitry for signaling a decision whether to transmit a notification in response to one or more comparisons between filtering information specific to the subject and the local circulatory information relating to the leg of the subject comprises:

circuitry for receiving information from one or more sensors adjacent the leg of the subject;

circuitry for obtaining at least some of the filtering information from another limb of the subject;

circuitry for performing at least one of the one or more comparisons using an updated normalcy threshold;

circuitry for including at least a magnitude indication with the notification;

an interface component configured to signal the subject; and

circuitry for including at least user-provided input with the notification.
