A new Penstemon plant named ‘Peni Pina09,’ particularly distinguished by the large, white flower color with a vivid red-purple margin, upright and semi-compact plants, strong stems, and earlier flowering habit.

1. A new and distinct variety of Penstemon plant named ‘Peni Pina09,’ substantially as illustrated and described herein.
