Abstract

A cleaning apparatus includes a plurality of air nozzles that discharge air from above each of the distal ends of a suction nozzle and a discharge nozzle, the suction nozzle sucking in at least some of reaction liquid undergoing a heterogeneous reaction, the discharge nozzle discharging a predetermined B/F cleaning fluid, the air nozzles being provided corresponding respectively to a plurality of pairs of the suction and the discharge nozzles. The apparatus includes an air supply unit that supplies air to the plurality of air nozzles at a time; a plurality of pressure sensors each of which detects a pressure of air which is supplied by the air supply unit and which is in the vicinity of each proximal end of the air nozzles; and a control unit that individually controls the B/F-cleaning-fluid discharging operation of the discharge nozzles based on the respective detected pressures and changes in the pressures.

Claims (16)

1 . A cleaning apparatus comprising:

a plurality of pairs of a suction nozzle for sucking in at least some of reaction liquid undergoing a heterogeneous reaction and a discharge nozzle for discharging a predetermined B/F cleaning fluid, to perform a B/F cleaning of the reaction liquid;

a plurality of air nozzles that is provided corresponding respectively to the plurality of pairs and discharges air from above each of distal ends of the suction nozzle and the discharge nozzle of a corresponding pair;

an air supply unit that supplies air to the plurality of air nozzles at a time;

a plurality of pressure sensors each of which detects a pressure of air which is supplied by the air supply unit and which is in the vicinity of each proximal end of the air nozzles; and

a control unit that individually controls B/F-cleaning-fluid discharging operation of the discharge nozzles based on the respective pressures detected by the plurality of pressure sensors and changes in the pressures.

2 . The cleaning apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein

the control unit stops the B/F-cleaning-fluid discharging operation of the discharge nozzle corresponding to an air nozzle, out of the plurality of air nozzles, in which each of a pressure in the vicinity of the proximal end and a change in the pressure are a value outside a predetermined range.

3 . An automatic analyzer for analyzing a specimen to be analyzed by causing a heterogeneous reaction on the specimen, the automatic analyzer comprising a cleaning apparatus including:

a plurality of pairs of a suction nozzle for sucking in at least some of reaction liquid undergoing a heterogeneous reaction and a discharge nozzle for discharging a predetermined B/F cleaning fluid, to perform a B/F cleaning of the reaction liquid;

a plurality of air nozzles that is provided corresponding respectively to the plurality of pairs and discharges air from above each of distal ends of the suction nozzle and the discharge nozzle of a corresponding pair;

an air supply unit that supplies air to the plurality of air nozzles at a time;

a plurality of pressure sensors each of which detects a pressure of air which is supplied by the air supply unit and which is in the vicinity of each proximal end of the air nozzles; and

a control unit that individually controls B/F-cleaning-fluid discharging operation of the discharge nozzles based on the respective pressures detected by the plurality of pressure sensors and changes in the pressures.

4 . The automatic analyzer according to claim 3 , wherein

the control unit stops the B/F-cleaning-fluid discharging operation of the discharge nozzle corresponding to an air nozzle, out of the plurality of air nozzles, in which each of a pressure in the vicinity of the proximal end and a change in the pressure are a value outside a predetermined range.
