Methods, apparatuses, computer program products, devices and systems are described that carry out accepting an indication of at least one health-related status of an individual; determining at least one health service option for the individual based on the indication of at least one health-related status; and providing a matching system for procurement of a desired health service option.

operably coupling a treatment planning module to a health care services matching unit.
