Abstract

The present invention comprises articles of manufacture including a disposable condom and personal container 10 comprising a condom compartment 20 enclosing one or more condoms immersed in either a personal lubricant or sexually stimulating lubricant removably adjoined to at least one lubricant compartment 30 . The compartments are constructed of a packaging material comprising properties that conduct heat and hermetically sealed. The condom compartment 20 comprises a seal 25, 28, 29 positioned on the top wall 21 that is removed or opened for the purpose of gaining access to the contents. The seal 28, 29 may be reattached or closed. The personal lubricant compartment 30 comprises a discharge element 43 through which the contents of the compartment are discharged by activating a removable dispenser that fits within the element 43 . Prior to discharging the contents, a protective seal 45 enclosed within the element 43 is ruptured. The contents of the compartments 20, 30 may be heated by a device in which the compartments are seated. The temperature of the contents may be monitored with the aid of a temperature sensing aid 14 . The container 10 comprises perforations 12 used to detach the compartments. The primary object of the invention is to encourage the use of condoms in sexual activities thereby reducing the spread of disease, including the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), which may result in AIDS, and reducing the risk of pregnancy.

Claims (24)

1. A disposable combination condom and personal lubricant container comprising:

a. a condom compartment enclosing one or more condoms and a lubricant, the compartment constructed of a packaging material which conducts heat, the compartment comprising at least three walls, the condom compartment hermetically sealed to form an airtight enclosure, wherein one of the walls is a top wall having a seal for accessing the condom compartment;

b. at least one hermetically sealed, airtight lubricant compartment constructed of a packaging material which conducts heat, each lubricant compartment having:

1) at least three walls, one of the walls comprising a top wall having a protruding edge adjoined to the protruding edge of the top wall of the condom compartment forming a common border between the adjoined compartments, and

2) a discharge element through which the contents of the compartment are discharged after rupturing a seal associated with the discharge element; and

c. a set of perforations along the common border of the condom compartment and the at least one lubricant compartment.

2. The combination condom and lubricant container of claim 1 , wherein the top wall of the condom compartment further comprises a raised annular ring positioned between the perimeter of the top wall and the sealed opening.

3. The combination condom and lubricant container of claim 1 , further comprising a temperature sensing aid used to monitor the temperature of the contents of at least one of the compartments.

4. The combination condom and personal lubricant container of claim 1 , wherein the seal is partially attached to the top wall such that the compartment can be opened and closed without removing the seal from the top wall.

5. The combination condom and personal lubricant container of claim 1 , wherein the discharge element is an open-ended fitting through which the contents of the compartment are discharged after rupturing a seal.

6. The combination condom and personal lubricant container of claim 1 , wherein the lubricant compartment further comprises a permanently attached dispenser.

7. A combination condom compartment and personal lubricant compartment kit comprising:

a. at least one condom compartment, each condom compartment enclosing one or more condoms and a lubricant, the condom compartment constructed of a heat-conducting packaging material, the condom compartment comprising:

i. at least three walls hermetically sealed to form an airtight enclosure, and

ii. one of said walls comprising a top wall having a seal for opening the compartment:

b. at least one disposable lubricant compartment, each lubricant compartment enclosing a lubricant and constructed of a heat-conducting packaging material, each lubricant compartment comprising:

i. at least three walls hermetically sealed to form an airtight enclosure, and

ii. a discharge element through which the contents of the compartment are discharged after rupturing a seal associated within said discharge element; and

c. wherein said condom compartment is associated with said lubricant compartment.

8. The combination condom and personal lubricant kit of claim 7 , wherein the top wall of each condom compartment further comprises a raised annular ring positioned between the perimeter of the top wall and the seal.

9. The combination condom and personal lubricant kit of claim 7 , further comprising at least one temperature sensing aid.

10. The combination condom and personal lubricant kit of claim 9 , wherein each associated condom compartment comprising a top wall further comprising a raised annular ring positioned between the perimeter of the top wall and the seal comprising the top wall.

11. The combination condom compartment and personal lubricant kit of claim 7 , wherein the discharge element is an open-ended cylindrical fitting through which the contents of the compartment are discharged after removing a cap covering the fitting and rupturing a seal contained within said fitting.

12. The combination condom compartment and personal lubricant kit of claim 7 , wherein the lubricant compartment further comprises a permanently attached dispenser.
