Methods and Medicaments for Administration of Ibuprofen
A method for administration of ibuprofen to a subject in need of ibuprofen treatment is provided, in which an oral dosage form comprising a therapeutically effective amount of ibuprofen and a therapeutically effective amount of famotidine is administered three times per day.

12 . A method comprising:
administering to a patient a first dose of an oral dosage form comprising famotidine and a therapeutically effective dose of a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID)
administering a second dose of the oral dosage form;
administering a third dose of the oral dosage form,
wherein the first dose, the second dose, and the third dose are administered within a 24 hour dosing cycle, wherein the total daily dose of famotidine administered is 75 mg to 85 mg.
13 . An oral unit dosage form comprising 25 mg to 28.3 mg famotidine and a therapeutically effective amount of a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID).
