Abstract

In embodiments of the invention, a method for normalizing service usage data includes defining a plurality of service usage-related data types, collecting service usage data using a computer implemented facility, and sorting the service usage data according to the defined service plan-related data types. Related user interfaces, applications, and computer program products are disclosed.

Claims (4)

1 . A machine readable medium, the machine readable medium having program instructions stored thereon for normalizing service usage data executable by a processing unit, the program instructions comprising the steps of:

defining a plurality of service usage-related data types;

collecting service usage data using a computer implemented facility; and

sorting the service usage data according to the defined service plan-related data types.
