Abstract

An exemplary liquid crystal display panel includes a substrate and first conductive wires. The first conductive wires are arranged at a surface of the substrate. Each of the first conductive wires includes a plurality of first connecting portions, a plurality of second connecting portions and a conductive portion with a plurality of conductive particles. The conductive portion is sandwiched between the first connecting portions and the second connecting portions, thus electrically connecting the first connecting portions to the second connecting portions. A method for manufacturing the liquid crystal display panel is also provided.

Claims (24)

1. A liquid crystal display (LCD) panel, comprising:

a substrate; and

at least one first conductive wire arranged on the substrate, each of the at least one first conductive wire comprising at least one first connecting portion, at least two isolated second connecting portions, and at least two conductive portions, the at least two conductive portions comprising a plurality of conductive particles and being sandwiched between two ends of the at least the one first connecting portion and the at least two isolated second connecting portions respectively thus electrically connecting at least two isolated second connecting portions through the at least one first connecting portion; and

at least one second conductive wire arranged on the substrate, and insulated from the at least one first conductive wire, wherein the at least one first connecting portion is above the at least one second conductive wire with respect to a main surface of the substrate and crosses the at least one second conductive wire, and

wherein at least a part of the at least one second conductive wire is located between the at least two isolated second connecting portions,

wherein a resistivity of each of the at least two conductive portions exceeds that of each of the at least two isolated second connecting portions.

2. The LCD panel of claim 1 , wherein the at least one first conductive wire comprises a plurality of first conductive wires disposed substantially parallel to each other on the substrate.

3. The LCD panel of claim 2 , wherein the resistivity of the conductive portions exceeds that of the second connecting portions.

4. The LCD panel of claim 1 , wherein the at least one second conductive wire comprises a plurality of second conductive wires disposed substantially parallel to each other on the substrate.

5. The LCD panel of claim 1 , wherein the at least two isolated second connecting portions are provided on the substrate under the at least one first connecting portion.

6. The LCD panel of claim 1 , wherein the conductive particles are made of indium tin oxide.

7. The LCD panel of claim 1 , wherein the substrate is made of one of silicon and silicon dioxide.

8. A method for manufacturing a liquid crystal display (LCD) panel, the method comprising:

providing a substrate; and

forming at least one first conductive wire arranged on the substrate, each of the at least one first conductive wire comprising at least one first connecting portion, at least two isolated second connecting portions, and at least two conductive portions, the at least two conductive portions comprising a plurality of conductive particles and being sandwiched between two ends of the at least one first connecting portion and the at least two isolated second connecting portions respectively thus electrically connecting the at least two isolated second connecting portions through the at least one first connecting portion; and

forming at least one second conductive wire arranged on the substrate, and insulated from the at least one first conductive wire, wherein the at least one first connecting portion is above the at least one second conductive wire with respect to a main surface of the substrate and crosses the at least one second conductive wire, and

wherein at least a part of the at least one second conductive wire is located between the at least two isolated second connecting portions,

wherein a resistivity of each of the at least two conductive portions exceeds that of each of the at least two isolated second connecting portions.

9. The method for manufacturing an LCD panel of claim 8 ,

wherein the two isolated second connecting portions of the at least one first conductive wire and a plurality of the second conductive wires are alternately arranged.

10. The method for manufacturing an LCD panel of claim 8 ,

wherein the at least one first conductive wire is substantially perpendicular to a plurality of the second conductive wires.

11. The method for manufacturing an LCD panel of claim 8 , wherein the conductive particles are made of indium tin oxide.

12. The method for manufacturing an LCD panel of claim 8 , wherein the substrate is made of one of silicon and silicon dioxide.
