Abstract

Disclosed herein is a display apparatus, including, a panel having a plurality of pixels disposed in a matrix and each including a self-luminous element for emitting light, the panel including first to third conductive layers laminated in order on a supporting substrate, a first contact portion between the first and second conductive layers and a second contact portion between the second and third conductive layers being disposed at the same position in a planar direction.

Claims (15)

1. A display apparatus comprising:

an intermediate layer connected to a first conductive member via a first contact hole, a first portion of a silicon layer being the first conductive member;

a second conductive member connected to the intermediate layer via a second contact hole, the second contact hole at least partially overlapping the first contact hole in a plan view of a display panel;

an accumulating capacitor configured to store a voltage corresponding to an image signal, a second portion of the silicon layer being a first electrode of the accumulating capacitor;

an additional capacitor connected to the accumulating capacitor, a third portion of the silicon layer being a first electrode of the additional capacitor;

a sampling transistor configured to sample the image signal, a portion of a lower face layer being a gate electrode of the sampling transistor,

wherein a second electrode of the additional capacitor is another portion of the lower face layer, a different portion of the lower face layer being a second electrode of the accumulating capacitor.

2. The display device according to claim 1 , wherein the lower face layer is a metal layer, the intermediate layer being another metal layer.

3. The display device according to claim 1 , wherein the silicon layer is between the lower face layer and the intermediate layer, the intermediate layer being between an upper face layer and the silicon layer.

4. The display device according to claim 3 , further comprising:

a light emitting element, an anode electrode of the light emitting element being a portion of the upper face layer; and

a drive transistor that provides a driving current for the light emitting element.

5. The display device according to claim 1 , wherein the first conductive member is between a substrate and the second conductive member, the second conductive member being between the first conductive member and a third conductive member.

6. The display device according to claim 1 , wherein the first contact hole in the plan view of the display panel is larger than the second contact hole.

7. The display device according to claim 6 , wherein the first contact hole is larger than the second contact hole by one micrometer.
