Abstract

A new cultivar of Dianthus plant named ‘WP09 WEN04’ which is characterized by compact plant habit and fragrant semi-double flowers which are predominantly salmon-pink in color, with a carmine colored eye. In combination, these characteristics set ‘WP09 WEN04’ apart from all other existing varieties of Dianthus known to the inventor.
