Abstract

Humanized Ep-CAM-targeting antibodies and methods of making and using the same are provided.

Claims (2)

1 . A variant anti-Ep-CAM antibody comprising a variant human Fc domain, said variant human Fc domain comprising at least one modification that alters binding of said antibody to an Fc receptor compared to a parent human Fc domain.
