Fungicidal compositions for turf treatment and improvement
View Patent ↗The present invention relates to novel compositions comprising a fungicide that inhibits mitochondrial respiration at the QoI site, (QoI inhibitor), a contact fungicide, a demethylation inhibitor and pigments, which are highly suitable for controlling unwanted phytopathogenic fungi. Moreover, the fungicidal compositions are able to control mold and fungus infection in grasses, in particular turf grasses.
1. A synergistic composition, comprising: trifloxystrobin, iprodione, and phthalocyanine green pigment Green 7,
wherein trifloxystrobin is present in an amount ranging from 1.30 g/L to 1.60 g/L, iprodione is present in an amount ranging from 21.2 g/L to 25.6 g/L, and the phthalocyanine green pigment Green 7 is present in an amount ranging from 5.5 g/L to 6.4 g/L.
2. A method for improving turf quality after snow cover release in spring, comprising administering a synergistic composition, comprising: trifloxystrobin, iprodione, and phthalocyanine green pigment Green 7 to turf grass,
wherein trifloxystrobin is present in an amount ranging from 1.30 g/L to 1.60 g/L, iprodione is present in an amount ranging from 21.2 g/L to 25.6 g/L, and the phthalocyanine green pigment Green 7 is present in an amount ranging from 5.5 g/L to 6.4 g/L.
3. A method for improving turf quality after snow cover release in spring, comprising administering a synergistic composition, comprising: trifloxystrobin, iprodione, triticonazole, and phthalocyanine green pigment Green 7 to turf grass,
wherein trifloxystrobin is present in an amount ranging from 1.30 g/L to 1.60 g/L, iprodione is present in an amount ranging from 21.2 g/L to 29.41 g/L, and the phthalocyanine green pigment Green 7 is present in an amount ranging from 5.5 g/L to 6.4 g/L.
4. A synergistic composition, comprising: trifloxystrobin, iprodione, triticonazole, and phthalocyanine green pigment Green 7,
wherein trifloxystrobin is present in an amount ranging from 1.30 g/L to 1.60 g/L, iprodione is present in an amount ranging from 21.2 g/L to 29.41 g/L, and the phthalocyanine green pigment Green 7 is present in an amount ranging from 5.5 g/L to 6.4 g/L.
5. The method of claim 3 , wherein the composition is administered in an amount ranging from 100 mL/100 m 2 to 177.5 mL/m 2 .
