Compounds
The invention is directed to certain novel compounds. Specifically, the invention is directed to compounds of formula (I): and salts thereof. The compounds of the invention are inhibitors of kinase activity, in particular PI3-kinase activity.
1. 6-(1H-Indol-4-yl)-4-(5-{[4-(1-methylethyl)-1-piperazinyl]methyl}-1,3-oxazol-2-yl)-indazole
or a salt thereof.
2. A compound according to claim 1 in the form of a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
3. 6-(1H-Indol-4-yl)-4-(5-{[4-(1-methylethyl)-1-piperazinyl]methyl}-1,3-oxazol-2-yl)-1H-indazole hydrochloride
4. 6-(1H-Indol-4-yl)-4-(5-{[4-(1-methylethyl)-1-piperazinyl]methyl}-1,3-oxazol-2-yl)-1H-indazole
5. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound as claimed in claim 1 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients.
6. A pharmaceutical composition comprising 6-(1H-indol-4-yl)-4-(5-{[4-(1-methylethyl)-1-piperazinyl]methyl}-1,3-oxazol-2-yl)-1H-indazole hydrochloride, and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients.
7. The compound according to claim 1 , wherein said compound is present in the form of a succinate salt.
8. A pharmaceutical compostion comprising the compound according to claim 7 , and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients.
