Abstract

Lithium diphenylphosphide solutions in a solvent, e.g., diethoxymethane (DEM), that are more stable than when tetrahydrofuran (THF) is used as a solvent. Methods of producing them are also disclosed.

Claims (1)

1. A solution comprising lithium diphenylphosphide, an initiator, and a solvent that yields a more stable solution than when the solution contains tetrahydrofuran as a solvent, wherein the solvent comprises dimethoxymethane.
