Swimming Pool Ladder Cover

1 . A housing assembly for a swimming pool ladder, the housing assembly including

a housing having an upper portion, an outer portion, a first panel, a second panel;

a housing cover coupled to the second panel of the housing;

a closing member having a first section coupled to the housing cover and a second section coupled to the first panel of the housing; and

at least one coupler coupled to the housing, wherein the housing is sized to fit over a portion of the swimming pool ladder to be coupled to the ladder by the at least one coupler, and the housing cover is coupled to the housing by the closing member, such that the housing and housing cover are capable of surrounding a portion of the swimming pool ladder.

2 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the housing and housing cover include a fabric material.

3 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the closing member is a zipper.

4 . The apparatus of claim 3 , wherein the zipper includes a first set of teeth of coupled to the first panel, and a second set of teeth and a slide member coupled to the housing cover, whereby the housing cover is coupled to the first panel by coupling the second set of teeth to the first set of teeth using the slide member.

5 . The apparatus of claim 4 , wherein the slide member is positioned proximate the upper portion of the housing after attaching the first and second sets of teeth of the zipper.

6 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the at least one coupler is an elastic ring coupled to a bottom portion of the housing.

7 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the at least one coupler is a plastic hook coupled to a bottom portion of the housing.

8 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein a plurality of couplers are coupled to a bottom portion of the housing.

9 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the coupler includes a male part and a female part, at least one of the male and female parts is fixed to the bottom of the housing and the other is fixable to a the lower side of a step of the ladder.
