PESTICIDAL COMPOSITIONS CONTAINING ROSEMARY OIL AND WINTERGREEN OIL
Pesticidal compositions containing rosemary oil and/or wintergreen oil and methods for using same are disclosed.
1 . A pesticidal composition comprising rosemary oil and at least one diluent selected from the group consisting of wintergreen oil, peppermint oil, mineral oil, lecithin, benzyl alcohol, citronellal, d-limonene, safflower oil, soybean oil, and sesame oil, wherein the composition is pesticidally effective against fungus, bacteria, insects, arachnids, larvae and eggs thereof.
2 . The pesticidal composition of claim 1 , wherein the composition is effective against mites, aphids, thrips, whiteflies, loopers, worms, beetles, leafrollers, moths and weevils and eggs thereof.
3 . A method for controlling agricultural invertebrate pests, including insects, arachnids, larvae and eggs thereof, comprising applying to the locus where control is desired a pesticidally-effective amount of the composition of claim 1 .
4 . The method of claim 3 , wherein the invertebrate pest is selected from the group consisting of mites, aphids, thrips, whiteflies, loopers, worms, beetles, leafrollers, moths and weevils and eggs thereof.

113 . The composition of claim 1 , wherein the diluent is peppermint oil.
114 . The composition of claim 1 , wherein the diluent is mineral oil.

116 . The composition of claim 1 , wherein the diluents are wintergreen oil and lecithin.
117 . The composition of claim 1 , wherein the diluents are wintergreen oil and mineral oil.
118 . The composition of claim 1 , wherein the diluents are wintergreen oil, lecithin and mineral oil.
119 . The composition of claim 1 , wherein the diluents are wintergreen oil, peppermint oil and lecithin.
120 . The composition of claim 1 , wherein the diluents are wintergreen oil, peppermint oil and mineral oil.
121 . The composition of claim 1 , wherein the diluents are wintergreen oil, peppermint oil, lecithin and mineral oil.

A pesticidal composition comprising rosemary, peppermint oil and at least one diluent selected from the group consisting of wintergreen oil, mineral oil, lecithin, benzyl alcohol, citronellal, d-limonene, safflower oil, soybean oil, and sesame oil, wherein the composition is pesticidally effective against fungus, bacteria, insects, arachnids, larvae and eggs thereof.

125 . The composition of claim 122 , wherein the diluent is lecithin.
