Abstract

The present invention relates to Fc variants having decreased affinity for FcγRIIb, methods for their generation, Fc polypeptides comprising optimized Fc variants, and methods for using optimized Fc variants.

Claims (2)

1 . 1. An antibody or immunoadhesin comprising an Fc variant of parent Fc polypeptide, said Fc variant comprising an amino acid substitution in the Fc region selected from 267D and 267E, and wherein numbering is according to the EU index.

2 . A protein comprising an Fc variant of parent Fc polypeptide, said Fc variant comprising an amino acid substitution in the Fc region selected from 267D and 267E, and wherein numbering is according to the EU index.
