Benzene, pyridine, and pyridazine derivatives
View Patent ↗Disclosed are compounds and pharmaceutically acceptable salts of Formula I wherein R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , R 5 , R 6 , R 7 , n, Q 1 , Q 2 , Q 3 , Y, and X 1 -X 4 are as defined herein. Compounds of Formula I are useful in the treatment of diseases and/or conditions related to cell proliferation, such as cancer, inflammation, arthritis, angiogenesis, or the like. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions comprising compounds of the invention and methods of treating the aforementioned conditions using such compounds.
1. A compound which is 4-(6,6-dimethyl-4-oxo-3-trifluoromethyl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-indazol-1-yl)-2-(trans-4-hydroxy-cyclohexylamino)-benzamide and has the structure
or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
2. A pharmaceutical composition, comprising a compound according to claim 1 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
3. A compound which is trans-4-({2-(aminocarbonyl)-5-[6,6-dimethyl-4-oxo-3-(trifluoromethyl)-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-1H-indazol-1-yl]phenyl}amino)cyclohexyl glycinate and has the structure
or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
4. A pharmaceutical composition, comprising a compound according to claim 3 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
