Abstract
The present invention relates to methods for the treatment, the prognosis and the diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer.
Claims (2)
1. A method for treating non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) comprising the step of administering an effective amount of an inhibitor of the neurotensin activation of neurotensin receptor 1 (NTSR1) to a subject in need thereof, wherein the inhibitor of the neurotensin activation of NTSR1 is selected from the group consisting of an antibody against neurotensin, and a fragment thereof which binds to neurotensin.
2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the inhibitor is used in combination with an anti-cancer agent.
