Abstract

A system for transmission, reception and accumulation of the knowledge packets to plurality of channel nodes in the network operating distributedly in a peer to peer environment via installable one or more role active Human Operating System (HOS) applications in a digital devise of each of channel node, a network controller registering and providing desired HOS applications and multiple developers developing advance communication and knowledge management applications and each of subscribers exploiting the said network resources by leveraging and augmenting taxonomically and ontologically classified knowledge classes expressed via plurality search macros and UKID structures facilitating said expert human agents for knowledge invocation and support services and service providers providing information services in the preidentified taxonomical classes, wherein each of channel nodes communicating with the unknown via domain specific supernodes each facilitating social networking and relationships development leading to human grid which is searchable via Universal Desktop Search by black box search module.

Claims (32)

1 . A method for managing resources for providers, comprising:

monitoring, tracking, storing, recording resources used to search information related to a keyword from one or more sources at a central unit;

presenting the said ranked resources to each human agent or service provider associated with the service profile including service type or categories or keyword(s);

enabling a human agent or service provider to further update, share, select and organize the resources; and

providing results from the said resources to requester(s).

2 . A method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein human agent or service provider can search one or more public resources based on one or more criteria.

3 . A method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein human agent or service provider can subscribe said resources based on one or more criteria including keywords, categories, connections and preferences.

4 . A method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein enabling human agent or service provider to bookmark, rank, sort, filter, compare, create one or more keywords or categories specific publications for sharing of said resources with other human agents or service providers or subscribers.

5 . A method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein presenting said resources to human agent or service provider based on service profile data including categories, taxonomy, service details, service type, keywords.

6 . A method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said resource comprises historical data related to keywords) or categories specific queries and associate answers, service or task specific data.

7 . A method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the taxonomy classification or categories or keywords defined by the human agent or service provider or user.

8 . A method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein presenting resources to human agent or service provider comprising one or more queries, keywords, categories, taxonomy specific resources from one or more sources.

A method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said sources comprising resources from central unit, keyword specific publications, desktop resources, applications or service specific contents and search macros, dynamic or automated user's actions related journal data, structured database resources (UKID), historical data, keyword specific resources from other one or more or group of human agents or service providers or users based on expertise domain, relations, subscriptions, connections and agreement.

10 . A method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein providing results from the said resources to requester(s) based on auto matching by the central server and/or resources selected or modified by related human agent(s) or service provider(s).

11 . A method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein presenting said resources based on topology models and synchronizing types including snapshot, merge and transactional synchronization, pull and push publications or subscriptions, real time synchronization.

12 . A method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein presenting said resources further based on real time keyword or query or categories or service specific resources from one or more information service providers or human agents or online users or multi AI Agents or brokers.

13 . A system for managing resources for providers, the system comprises of:

a communications module configured to monitor, track, store, record resources used to search information related to a keyword from one or more sources at a central unit;

a provider interface configured to present said ranked resources to each human agent or service provider associated with the service profile including service type or categories or keyword(s);

a provider interface configured to enable a human agent or service provider to further update, share, select and organize the resources; and

a user interface configured to provide results from the said resources to requester(s).

14 . The system as claimed in claim 13 , wherein human agent or service provider is enabled to search one or more public resources based on one or more criteria.

15 . The system as claimed in claim 13 , wherein human agent or service provider is enabled to subscribe said resources based on one or more criteria including keywords, categories, connections and preferences.

16 . The system as claimed in claim 13 , wherein human agent or service provider is enabled to bookmark, rank, sort, filter, compare, create one or more keywords or categories specific publications for sharing of said resources with other human agents or service providers or subscribers.

17 . The system as claimed in claim 13 , wherein a provider interface configured to present said resources to human agent or service provider based on service profile data including categories, taxonomy, service details, service type, keywords.

18 . The system as claimed in claim 13 , wherein said resource comprises historical data related to keyword(s) or categories specific queries and associate answers, service or task specific data.

19 . The system as claimed in claim 13 , wherein human agent or service provider or user is enabled to define one or more taxonomy classifications or categories or keywords.

20 . The system as claimed in claim 13 , wherein a provider interface configured to present resources to human agent or service provider comprising one or more queries, keywords, categories, taxonomy specific resources from one or more sources.

The system as claimed in claim 13 , wherein said sources comprises of resources from central unit, keyword specific publications, desktop resources, applications or service specific contents and search macros, dynamic or automated user's actions related journal data, structured database resources (UKID), historical data, keyword specific resources from other one or more or group of human agents or service providers or users based on expertise domain, relations, subscriptions, connections and agreement.

22 . The system as claimed in claim 13 , wherein a provider interface configured to provide results from the said resources to requester(s) based on auto match by the central server and/or resources selected or modified by related human agent(s) or service provider(s).

23 . The system as claimed in claim 13 , wherein a provider interface configured to present said resources based on topology models and synchronize types including snapshot, merge and transactional synchronization, pull and push publications or subscriptions, real time synchronization.

24 . The system as claimed in claim 13 , wherein a provider interface configured to present said resources based on real time keyword or query or categories or service specific resources from one or more information service providers or human agents or online users or multi AI Agents or brokers.
