Abstract

It is an object to provide a wireless communication base station device that can prevent the decline of a system throughput due to the degradation of a utilization efficiency of a communication resource of a channel for carrying out a frequency diversity transmission when a frequency scheduling transmission and a frequency diversity transmission are concurrently carried out in multiple carrier communication. In the wireless communication base station device, a modulation unit ( 12 ) carries out modulation processing for Dch data after coding to generate a Dch data symbol. A modulation unit ( 22 ) carries out modulation processing for Lch data after coding to generate an Lch data symbol. An allocation unit ( 103 ) allocates the Dch data symbol and Lch data symbol to each sub-carrier composing an OFDM symbol and outputs the allocated sub-carrier to a multiplex unit ( 104 ). In this ease, the allocation unit ( 103 ) allocates the Dch data symbol to a plurality of resource blocks where one Dch is arranged at an interval equal to integral multiples of the number of resource blocks composing a resource block group.

Claims (25)

1. A mobile station apparatus using a plurality of Physical Resource Blocks (PRBs), into which a plurality of subcarriers consecutive in a frequency domain are divided, comprising:

a reception unit configured to receive assignment information indicating Distributed Virtual Resource Blocks (DVRBs) or PRBs, that are allocated in either first allocation in which the DVRBs with the same number are allocated, the DVRBs with the same number being mapped to two of PRBs with a predetermined gap therebetween, or second allocation in which the PRBs are allocated in units of resource block groups (RBGs), into which the plurality of PRBs are grouped and each of which is a set of a predetermined number of consecutive PRBs, and receive data transmitted using the allocated DVRBs or PRBs; and

a decode unit configured to decode the data based on the assignment information,

wherein the predetermined gap is associated with both the predetermined number that is a number of the consecutive PRBs forming one of the RBGs and a system bandwidth, the predetermined gap is an integer multiple of the predetermined number, and one or more of the RBGs is allocated in the second allocation.

2. The mobile station apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the predetermined gap depends on the system bandwidth.

3. The mobile station apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein, in the first allocation, the DVRBs with the same number are mapped to the two of the PRBs that are different in a time domain.

4. The mobile station apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein DVRBs with consecutive numbers are allocated in the first allocation.

5. The mobile station apparatus according to claim 4 , wherein said reception unit receives the assignment information which is based on a starting DVRB number and a number of the allocated DVRBs with consecutive numbers.

6. The mobile station apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein PRBs, to which the DVRBs are not mapped, are allocated in the second allocation.

7. The mobile station apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein said reception unit receives the assignment information including a bitmap indicating the RBGs that are allocated.

8. The mobile station apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein, in the second allocation, Localized Virtual Resource Blocks (LVRBs) are mapped to PRBs, and the LVRBs are allocated in units of the RBGs.

9. The mobile station apparatus according to claim 8 , wherein the LVRBs with consecutive numbers are allocated.

10. The mobile station apparatus according to claim 9 , wherein said reception unit receives the assignment information indicating the allocated LVRBs with consecutive numbers.

11. The mobile station apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein two of DVRBs are mapped to two of the PRBs in the same frequency of a subframe, respectively.

12. The mobile station apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein DVRBs with non-consecutive numbers are mapped to two of the PRBs that are adjacent to each other in the frequency domain.

13. The mobile station apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the predetermined gap is the largest of gaps which are integer multiples of a predetermined number of consecutive PRBs that form the RBG and which are equal to or less than Nrb/Nd, where Nrb is a system bandwidth expressed as a total number of the PRBs, and Nd is a total number of DVRBs mapped to PRBs in the same frequency of a subframe.

14. The mobile station apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the predetermined gap is the largest of gaps which are integer multiples of a predetermined number of consecutive PRBs that form the RBG and which are available depending on the system bandwidth.

15. A mobile station apparatus using a plurality of Physical Resource Blocks (PRBs), into which a plurality of subcarriers consecutive in a frequency domain are divided, comprising:

a reception unit configured to receive assignment information indicating Distributed Virtual Resource Blocks (DVRBs) or PRBs, that are allocated in either first allocation in which the DVRBs with the same number are allocated, the DVRBs with the same number being mapped to two of PRBs with a predetermined gap therebetween, or second allocation in which the PRBs are allocated in units of resource block groups (RBGs), into which the plurality of PRBs are grouped in units of resource block group sizes, and receive data transmitted using the allocated DVRBs or PRBs; and

a decode unit configured to decode the data based on the assignment information,

wherein the predetermined gap is associated with both a resource block group size that is a number of the PRBs forming one of the RBGs and a system bandwidth, and the predetermined gap is an integer multiple of the resource block group size, and one or more of the RBGs is allocated in the second allocation.

16. A method for receiving data using a plurality of Physical Resource Blocks (PRBs), into which a plurality of subcarriers consecutive in a frequency domain are divided, comprising:

receiving assignment information indicating Distributed Virtual Resource Blocks (DVRBs) or PRBs, that are allocated in either first allocation in which the DVRBs with the same number are allocated, the DVRBs with the same number being mapped to two of PRBs with a predetermined gap therebetween, or second allocation in which the PRBs are allocated in units of resource block groups (RBGs), into which the plurality of PRBs are grouped and each of which is a set of a predetermined number of consecutive PRBs, and data transmitted using the allocated DVRBs or PRBs; and
