Abstract

The present invention relates to hydroximoyl-tetrazole derivatives of formula (I), their process of preparation, their use as fungicide active agents, particularly in the form of fungicide compositions and methods for the control of phytopathogenic fungi, notably of plants, using these compounds or compositions wherein A represents a tetrazoyl group, Het represents a pyridyl group or a thiazolyl group and X represents various substituents.

Claims (19)

1. A compound of formula (I)

wherein:

X is selected from the group consisting of a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, C 1 -C 8 -alkoxy, a cyano group, a methanesulfonyl group, a nitro group, a trifluoromethyl group and an aryl group;

A is a tetrazoyl group of formula (A 1 ) or (A 2 ):

wherein

Y is substituted or non-substituted C 1 -C 8 ; and

Het is selected from the group consisting of a pyridyl group of formula (Het 1 ) and a thiazolyl group of formula (Het 2 );

wherein

Q is selected from the group consisting of a substituted or non-substituted tri(C 1 -C 8 -alkyl)silyl-C 1 -C 8 -alkyl, substituted or non-substituted tri(C 1 -C 8 -alkyl)silyl-C 3 -C 8 -cycloalkyl, substituted or non-substituted aryl-cyclopropyl, substituted or non-substituted C 3 -C 8 -halogenocycloalkyl having 1 to 5 halogen atoms, substituted or non-substituted C 3 -C 8 -cycloalkyl-C 1 -C 8 -alkyl, substituted or non-substituted C 3 -C 8 -cycloalkenyl, substituted or non-substituted C 3 -C 8 -cycloalkenyl-C 1 -C 8 -alkyl, a substituted or non-substituted C 2 -C 8 -halogenoalkenyl having 1 to 5 halogen atoms, substituted or non-substituted C 2 -C 8 -alkynyl, substituted or non-substituted C 1 -C 8 -halogenoalkoxy having 1 to 5 halogen atoms, substituted or non-substituted C 1 -C 8 -halogenoalkoxyalkyl having 1 to 5 halogen atoms, substituted or non-substituted phenoxyalkyl, substituted or non-substituted C 2 -C 8 -alkenyloxy, substituted or non-substituted C 2 -C 8 -halogenoalkenyloxy having 1 to 5 halogen atoms, substituted or non-substituted C 3 -C 8 -alkynyloxy, substituted or non-substituted C 3 -C 8 -halogenoalkynyloxy having 1 to 5 halogen atoms, substituted or non-substituted (C 1 -C 8 -alkoxyimino)-C 1 -C 8 -alkyl, substituted or non-substituted (C 1 -C 8 -alkenyloxyimino-C 1 -C 8 -alkyl, substituted or non-substituted (C 1 -C 8 -alkynyloxyimino)-C 1 -C 8 -alkyl, substituted or non-substituted (benzyloxyimino)-C 1 -C 8 -alkyl, substituted benzyloxy, substituted or non-substituted phenoxy, substituted aryl, substituted or non-substituted, saturated or unsaturated 4-, 5-, 6- or 7-membered heterocyclyl comprising up to 4 heteroatoms selected in the list consisting of N, O, S; [substituted aryl]-[C 1 -C 8 ]-alkyl; substituted or non-substituted, saturated or unsaturated 4-, 5-, 6- or 7-membered heterocyclyl-[C 1 -C 8 ]-alkyl comprising up to 4 heteroatoms selected in the list consisting of N, O, S; saturated or unsaturated 4-, 5-, 6- or 7-membered heterocyclyl-[C 1 -C 8 ]-halogenoalkyl comprising up to 4 heteroatoms selected in the list consisting of N, O, S and having 1 to 5 halogen atoms; substituted or non-substituted tri(C 1 -C 8 -alkyl)-silyloxy, substituted or non-substituted C 5 -C 12 -fused bicycloalkyl, substituted or non-substituted C 5 -C 12 -fused bicycloalkenyl, substituted or non-substituted C 5 -C 12 -fused bicycloalkyl-[C 1 -C 8 ]-alkyl, substituted or non-substituted C 5 -C 12 -fused bicycloalkenyl-[C 1 -C 8 ]-alkyl, substituted or non-substituted arylcarbonyl, substituted or non-substituted C 1 -C 8 -alkylcarbonyl, and substituted or non-substituted, saturated or unsaturated 4-, 5-, 6- or 7-membered heterocyclylcarbonyl comprising up to 4 heteroatoms selected from the group consisting N, O, and S;

as well as salts, N-oxides, or (E) and (Z) isomers and mixtures thereof.

The compound of claim 1 wherein X is selected from the group consisting of a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, substituted or non-substituted C 1 -C 8 -alkyl, a substituted or non-substituted C 1 -C 8 -alkoxy, a cyano group, a methanesulfonyl group, a nitro group, a trifluoromethyl group and an aryl group.

The compound of claim 2 wherein X is selected from the group consisting of a chlorine atom, a fluorine atom, a methyl group, an ethyl group, an n-propyl group, an isopropyl group, an n-butyl group, an isobutyl group, a sec-butyl group, a tert-butyl group, a methoxy group, an ethoxy group, a propoxy group, an isopropoxy group and a hydrogen atom.

4. The compound of claim 1 wherein Y is selected from the group consisting of a methyl group, an ethyl group, an n-propyl group and an isopropyl group.

The compound of claim 1 wherein Q is selected from the group consisting of a substituted or non-substituted C 3 -C 8 -cycloalkyl-C 1 -C 8 -alkyl, substituted or non-substituted C 3 -C 8 -cycloalkenyl, substituted or non-substituted C 2 -C 8 -alkynyl, substituted or non-substituted C 3 -C 8 -halogenoalkoxy having 1 to 5 halogen atoms, substituted or non-substituted C 1 -C 8 -halogenoalkoxyalkyl having 1 to 5 halogen atoms, substituted or non-substituted phenoxyalkyl, substituted or non-substituted C 2 -C 8 -alkenyloxy, substituted or non-substituted C 2 -C 8 -halogenoalkenyloxy having 1 to 5 halogen atoms, substituted or non-substituted C 3 -C 8 -alkynyloxy, substituted or non-substituted C 3 -C 8 -halogenoalkynyloxy having 1 to 5 halogen atoms, substituted benzyloxy, substituted or non-substituted phenoxy, substituted aryl, substituted or non-substituted, saturated or unsaturated 4-, 5-, 6- or 7-membered heterocyclyl comprising up to 4 heteroatoms selected from the group consisting of N, O, and S; substituted or non-substituted, saturated or unsaturated 4-, 5-, 6- or 7-membered heterocyclyl-[C 1 -C 8 ]-alkyl comprising up to 4 heteroatoms selected from the group consisting of N, O, and S; saturated or unsaturated 4-, 5-, 6- or 7-membered heterocyclyl-[C 3 -C 8 ]-halogenoalkyl comprising up to 4 heteroatoms selected from the group consisting of N, O, and S and having 1 to 5 halogen atoms; substituted or non-substituted C 5 -C 12 -fused bicycloalkyl, and substituted or non-substituted C 5 -C 12 -fused bicycloalkenyl.

The compound of claim 5 wherein Q is selected from the group consisting of a substituted or non-substituted C 3 -C 8 -cycloalkyl-C 1 -C 8 -alkyl, substituted or non-substituted C 3 -C 8 -cycloalkenyl, substituted or non-substituted C 2 -C 8 -alkynyl, substituted or non-substituted C 1 -C 8 -halogenoalkoxy having 1 to 5 halogen atoms, substituted or non-substituted phenoxyalkyl, substituted or non-substituted C 2 -C 8 -alkenyloxy, substituted or non-substituted C 3 -C 8 -alkynyloxy, substituted or non-substituted C 3 -C 8 -halogenoalkynyloxy having 1 to 5 halogen atoms, substituted benzyloxy, substituted or non-substituted phenoxy, substituted aryl, substituted or non-substituted, saturated or unsaturated 4-, 5-, 6- or 7-membered heterocyclyl comprising up to 4 heteroatoms selected from the group consisting of N, O, and S; and substituted or non-substituted, saturated or unsaturated 4-, 5-, 6- or 7-membered heterocyclyl-[C 1 -C 8 ]-alkyl comprising up to 4 heteroatoms selected from the group consisting of N, O, and S.

The compound of claim 6 wherein Q is selected from the group consisting of a substituted or non-substituted C 3 -C 8 -cycloalkyl-C 1 -C 8 alkyl, substituted or non-substituted C 2 -C 8 -alkynyl, substituted or non-substituted C 1 -C 8 -halogenoalkoxy having 1 to 5 halogen atoms, substituted or non-substituted phenoxyalkyl, substituted or non-substituted C 2 -C 8 -alkenyloxy, substituted or non-substituted C 3 -C 8 -alkynyloxy, substituted aryl, substituted or non-substituted, saturated or unsaturated 4-, 5-, 6- or 7-membered heterocyclyl comprising up to 4 heteroatoms selected from the group consisting of N, O, and S; and substituted or non-substituted, saturated or unsaturated 4-, 5-, 6- or 7-membered heterocyclyl-[C 1 -C 8 ]-alkyl comprising up to 4 heteroatoms selected from the group consisting of N, O, and S.

8. A fungicide composition comprising, as an active ingredient, an effective amount of the compound of claim 1 and an agriculturally acceptable support, carrier or filler.

A method for controlling phytopathogenic fungi of crops comprising applying an agronomically effective and substantially non-phytotoxic quantity of the compound of claim 1 to the soil where plants grow or are capable of growing, to the leaves and/or the fruit of plants or to the seeds of plants.

10. A method for controlling phytopathogenic fungi of crops comprising applying an agronomically effective and substantially-non-phytotoxic quantity of the composition of claim 8 to the soil where plants grow or are capable of growing, to the leaves and/or the fruit of plants or to the seeds of plants.
