UNAFFILIATED WEB DOMAIN HOSTING SERVICE CLIENT FINANCIAL IMPACT ANALYSIS
Based on usage patterns of clients who have purchased web domain offerings, using statistical analysis to determine factors that cause clients not to produce favorable financial results.
1 . A method of client financial results assessment, comprising:
receiving website hosting client usage data for a plurality of website hosting services;
analyzing with a server the website hosting client usage data to determine patterns of hosting service usage;
associating the patterns of hosting service usage with client financial results information; and
using a server to statistically analyze the associated patterns and client financial results information to determine factors that predict website hosting clients not to produce favorable financial results.
2 . The method of claim 1 , further including identifying at least one web site hosting client based on the determined factors to facilitate improving website hosting client financial results.
3 . The method of claim 2 , wherein identifying at least one web site hosting client based on the determined factors includes comparing the determined factors to website hosting client usage data for the plurality of website hosting services.
4 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the statistical analysis is covariance analysis.
5 . The method of claim 1 , wherein web site hosting client usage data includes web site hosting client survival analysis results.
6 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the determined factors that predict website hosting clients not to produce favorable financial results are based on website hosting client survival analysis results.
7 . The method of claim 1 , wherein determining factors that predict web site hosting clients not to produce favorable financial results includes user interaction patterns of prospective clients who have viewed web domain offerings but have not purchased the web domain offerings.
8 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising using the determined factors to predict the financial impact of acquisition of a plurality of clients.
9 . The method of claim 1 , wherein determining factors that predict website hosting clients not to produce favorable financial results includes incorporating third-party data therein.
10 . The method of claim 9 , wherein the third-party data includes at least one of unemployment data, interest rate data, macroeconomic data.
