1. An optical information recording medium comprising:
a substrate formed with an area having sinusoidally deflected grooves,
a recording layer having reflectivity of more than 15%, and
a transmission layer having a thickness of 0.1 mm,
wherein an area of recording mark on the recording layer to be recorded with information is in a low reflectivity and areas other than said area of recording mark are in a high reflectivity, and
wherein a burst cutting area (BCA) is provided in an inner circumference area of said optical information recording medium.
2. A reproducing method for reproducing an optical information recording medium, said optical information recording medium comprising:
a substrate formed with an area having sinusoidally deflected grooves,
a recording layer having reflectivity of more than 15%, and
a transmission layer having a thickness of 0.1 mm,
wherein an area of recording mark on the recording layer to be recorded with information is in a low reflectivity and areas other than said area of recording mark are in a high reflectivity, and
wherein a burst cutting area (BCA) is provided in an inner circumference area of said optical information recording medium,
wherein said reproducing method reproduces an optical information recording medium by irradiating a laser beam stopped down by an objective lens on said recording layer through said transmission layer as a light path, and reproduces said optical information recording medium by the constant linear velocity (CLV) method.
