FRYING DEVICE
A food cooking device generally comprises two sections: a cooking section and a deoiling section. The cooking section houses and/or heats liquid for cooking the food, and the liquid removal section is operable to reduce the liquid content of the food. The cooking device may further comprise a centrifugal oil removal device.
1 . A fryer device comprising
a basket;
a basket lid;
a rotational motor;
a spinning section;
an oil section;
a discharge chute;
a discharge transport mechanism; and
a vertical translation mechanism configured to raise and lower the basket between the oil section and spinning section.
2 . A fryer device according to claim 1 , wherein the discharge transport mechanism comprises a lever.
3 . A fryer device according to claim 1 , wherein the discharge transport mechanism comprises an automated system.
4 . A fryer device according to claim 1 , wherein vertical translation mechanism comprises at least one of a linear motor, a lead screw, a direct drive motor, or a combination of a lead screw and a direct drive motor.
5 . A fryer device according to claim 1 , wherein vertical translation mechanism comprises a manual mechanism.
6 . A fryer device according to claim 1 , the basket further comprising a central post and keys.
7 . A fryer device according to claim 6 , the basket lid further comprising receptacles.
8 . A fryer device according to claim 7 , wherein the keys engage with the recepticles.
9 . A fryer device according to claim 1 , further comprising a hinged door.
10 . A fryer device comprising
a basket frame;
an adjustable bottom;
a rotational motor;
a spinning section;
an oil section;
a discharge section comprising a centrifugal discharge chute and a food slide; and
a vertical translation mechanism.
11 . A fryer device according to claim 10 , wherein the vertical translation mechanism raises and lowers the adjustable bottom between the oil section, the spinning section, and the discharge section.
12 . A fryer device according to claim 10 , wherein the vertical translation mechanism comprises at least one of a linear motor, a lead screw, a direct drive motor, or a combination of a lead screw and a direct drive motor.
13 . A fryer device according to claim 10 , wherein the vertical translation mechanism is a manual mechanism.
14 . A fryer device according to claim 10 , wherein the food slide is connected to the discharge chute.
15 . A fryer device according to claim 10 , wherein the food slide is snail-shell shaped.
16 . A fryer device comprising:
a basket frame;
an adjustable bottom;
a rotational motor;
a spinning section;
an oil section;
a vertical translation mechanism;
a discharge section comprising a food discharge chute; and
a lid
17 . A fryer device according to claim 16 , wherein the vertical translation mechanism raises and lowers the adjustable bottom between the oil section, the spinning section, and the discharge section.
18 . A fryer device according to claim 16 , wherein the vertical translation mechanism comprises at least one of a linear motor, a lead screw, a direct drive motor, or a combination of a lead screw and a direct drive motor.
19 . A fryer device according to claim 16 , wherein the vertical translation mechanism is a manual mechanism.
20 . A fryer device according to claim 16 , wherein the lid is a removable lid.
