Use of dithiine derivatives in crop protection and the protection of materials
View Patent ↗The present invention relates to the use of new and known dithiine derivatives for controlling unwanted microorganisms, more particularly phytopathogenic fungi, in crop protection, in the household and hygiene sector and in the protection of materials, and also to new dithiine derivatives, to processes for preparing them, to their use, and to crop protection compositions comprising these new dithiine derivatives.
1. A dithiine derivative of formula (I-b)
in which
X 1 is S or NR 7 ,
X 2 is S, NR 7a or phenyl-1,2-diyl,
R 7 is C 1 -C 8 -alkylthio, C 1 -C 8 -haloalkylthio, C 1 -C 4 -alkylamino, di(C 1 -C 4 -alkyl)amino or phenylsulphonylamino, or is aryl or aryl-(C 1 -C 4 -alkyl) substituted three times by identical or different halogen, C 1 -C 4 -alkyl, C 1 -C 4 -haloalkyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkoxy, C 1 -C 4 -haloalkoxy, C 1 -C 8 -alkylthio or C 1 -C 8 -haloalkylthio substituents, and
R 7a is hydrogen, C 1 -C 8 -alkylthio, C 1 -C 8 -haloalkylthio, C 1 -C 4 -alkylamino, di(C 1 -C 4 -alkyl)amino or phenylsulphonylamino, or is aryl or aryl-(C 1 -C 4 -alkyl) substituted three times by identical or different halogen, C 1 -C 4 -alkyl, C 1 -C 4 -haloalkyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkoxy, C 1 -C 4 -haloalkoxy, C 1 -C 8 -alkylthio or C 1 -C 8 -haloalkylthio substituents.
2. A method for protecting plants or materials from unwanted phytopathogenic fungi comprising administering a dithiine derivative of formula (I-b) according to claim 1 to the plants, parts of the plants, or the materials in need of such protection.
3. A method for protecting plants or materials from unwanted microorganisms comprising administering a dithiine derivative of formula (I-b) according to claim 1 to the plants, parts of the plants, or the materials in need of such protection.
4. A method for treating a transgenic plant, comprising applying a compound of formula (I-b) according to claim 1 to the transgenic plant in need of such treatment.
