5. The compound of claim 1 , wherein Z 1 is C 2 F 5 , Z 2 is CF 3 , Z 3 is CH 3 , R 1 is H, A l is C—H, A 2 is C—H, A 3 is C—Cl, A 4 is C—H, L m is CONH, U is CO, and Q is benzyl.
