Abstract

The present invention relates to novel anthranilic diamide derivatives of the general formula (I) in which R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , R 5 , R 6 , A, Q and n have the meanings given in the description, to their use as insecticides and acaricides for controlling animal pests, also in combination with other agents for activity boosting, and a plurality of processes for their preparation.

Claims (73)

1. An anthranilic diamide derivative of formula (I)

or an N-oxide and/or salt thereof,

in which

R 1 represents hydrogen, amino, hydroxyl or represents C 1 -C 6 -alkyl, C 2 -C 6 -alkenyl, C 2 -C 6 -alkynyl or C 3 -C 6 -cycloalkyl, each of which is optionally mono- or polysubstituted by identical or different substituents, where the substituents independently of one another are selected from the group consisting of halogen, cyano, nitro, hydroxyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkoxy, C 1 -C 4 -alkylthio, C 1 -C 4 -alkylsulphinyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkylsulphonyl, (C 1 -C 4 -alkoxy)carbonyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkylamino, di-(C 1 -C 4 -alkyl)amino, C 3 -C 6 -cycloalkylamino and (C 1 -C 4 -alkyl)-C 3 -C 6 -cycloalkylamino,

R 2 represents hydrogen, C 1 -C 6 -alkyl, C 2 -C 6 -alkenyl, C 2 -C 6 -alkynyl, C 3 -C 6 -cycloalkyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkoxy, C 1 -C 4 -alkylamino, di-(C 1 -C 4 -alkyl)amino, C 3 -C 6 -cycloalkylamino, C 2 -C 6 -alkoxycarbonyl or C 2 -C 6 -alkylcarbonyl,

R 3 represents optionally mono- or polysubstituted C 1 -C 6 -alkyl, C 1 -C 6 -alkoxy, C 2 -C 6 -alkenyl, C 2 -C 6 -alkynyl, or C 3 -C 12 -cycloalkyl, where the substituents are identical or different and independently of one another are a saturated or partially saturated heterocyclic ring, an aromatic ring which does not contain any heteroatoms or a saturated or aromatic heterobicyclic ring, where the ring or ring system is optionally mono- or polysubstituted by identical or different substituents selected from the group consisting of SF 5 , halogen, cyano, nitro, hydroxyl, amino, carboxyl, carbamoyl, aminosulphonyl, C 1 -C 6 -alkyl, C 3 -C 6 -cycloalkyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkoxy, C 1 -C 6 -haloalkyl, C 1 -C 4 -haloalkoxy, C 1 -C 4 -alkylthio, C 1 -C 4 -alkylsulphinyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkylsulphonyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkylsulphimino, C 1 -C 4 -alkylsulphimino-C 1 -C 4 -alkyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkylsulphimino-C 2 -C 5 -alkylcarbonyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkylsulphoximino, C 1 -C 4 -alkylsulphoximino-C 1 -C 4 -alkyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkylsulphoximino-C 2 -C 5 -alkylcarbonyl, C 1 -C 6 -alkoxycarbonyl, C 1 -C 6 -alkylcarbonyl, C 3 -C 6 -trialkylsilyl, benzyl and a 3- to 6-membered ring, where the ring is optionally substituted by C 1 -C 6 -alkyl, halogen, cyano, nitro, halo-(C 1 -C 6 )-alkyl, C 1 -C 6 -alkoxy or halo-(C 1 -C 6 )-alkoxy;

represents optionally mono- or polysubstituted C 1 -C 6 -alkyl, C 1 -C 6 -alkoxy, C 2 -C 6 -alkenyl, C 2 -C 6 -alkynyl, C 3 -C 12 -cycloalkyl, where the substituents are identical or different and represent a 5- or 6-membered heteroaromatic ring which is mono- or polysubstituted by identical or different substituents selected from the group consisting of SF 5 , halogen, cyano, nitro, hydroxyl, amino, carboxyl, carbamoyl, aminosulphonyl, C 1 -C 6 -alkyl, C 3 -C 6 -cycloalkyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkoxy, C 1 -C 6 -haloalkyl, C 1 -C 4 -haloalkoxy, C 1 -C 4 -alkylthio, C 1 -C 4 -alkylsulphinyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkylsulphonyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkylsulphimino, C 1 -C 4 -alkylsulphimino-C 1 -C 4 -alkyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkylsulphimino-C 1 -C 5 -alkylcarbonyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkylsulphoximino, C 1 -C 4 -alkylsulphoximino-C 1 -C 4 -alkyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkylsulphoximino-C 2 -C 5 -alkylcarbonyl, C 1 -C 6 -alkoxycarbonyl, C 1 -C 6 -alkylcarbonyl, C 3 -C 6 -trialkylsilyl, benzyl and a 3- to 6-membered ring, where the ring is optionally substituted by C 1 -C 6 -alkyl, halogen, cyano, nitro, halo-(C 1 -C 6 )-alkyl, C 1 -C 6 -alkoxy or halo-(C 1 -C 6 )-alkoxy; or

represents an optionally mono- or polysubstituted 5- or 6-membered aromatic or heteroaromatic ring, a 4-, 5- or 6-membered partially saturated ring or saturated heterocyclic ring which optionally contains one to three heteroatoms selected from the group consisting of O, S and N, where the substituents are identical or different and independently of one another are selected from the group consisting of SF 5 , halogen, cyano, nitro, hydroxyl, amino, carboxyl, carbamoyl, C 1 -C 6 -alkyl, C 3 -C 6 -cycloalkyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkoxy, C 1 -C 6 -haloalkyl, C 1 -C 4 -haloalkoxy, C 1 -C 4 -alkylthio, C 1 -C 4 -alkylsulphinyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkylsulphonyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkylsulphimino, C 1 -C 4 -alkylsulphimino-C 1 -C 4 -alkyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkylsulphimino-C 1 -C 5 -alkylcarbonyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkylsulphoximino, C 1 -C 4 -alkylsulphoximino-C 1 -C 4 -alkyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkylsulphoximino-C 2 -C 5 -alkylcarbonyl, C 1 -C 6 -alkoxycarbonyl, C 1 -C 6 -alkylcarbonyl, C 3 -C 6 -trialkylsilyl, (═O) or (═O) 2 and a 3- to 6-membered ring, where the ring is optionally substituted by C 1 -C 6 -alkyl, halogen, cyano, nitro, halo-(C 1 -C 6 )-alkyl, C 1 -C 6 -alkoxy or halo-(C 1 -C 6 )-alkoxy,

R 4 represents hydrogen, halogen, cyano, nitro, hydroxyl, amino, carboxyl, OCN, SCN, C 1 -C 4 -alkyl, C 1 -C 4 -haloalkyl, C 2 -C 6 -alkenyl, C 2 -C 6 -haloalkenyl, C 2 -C 6 -alkynyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkoxy, C 1 -C 4 -alkoxy-C 1 -C 4 -alkyl, C 1 -C 4 -haloalkoxy, SF 5 , C 1 -C 4 -alkylthio, C 1 -C 4 -alkylthio-C 1 -C 4 -alkyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkylsulphinyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkylsulphonyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkylsulphonyloxy, C 1 -C 4 -haloalkylthio, C 1 -C 4 -haloalkylsulphinyl, C 1 -C 4 -haloalkyl-sulphonyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkylamino, di-(C 1 -C 4 -alkyl)amino, C 1 -C 4 -alkylcarbonylamino, N-methoxy-N-methylamino, C 1 -C 4 -alkoxycarbonyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkoxycarbonyl-C 1 -C 4 -alkyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkylcarbonyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkylcarbonyloxy, aminocarbonyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkylamino-carbonyl, C 1 -C 4 -dialkylaminocarbonyl, aminothiocarbonyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkylaminothio-carbonyl, C 1 -C 4 -dialkylaminothiocarbonyl, C 3 -C 6 -cycloalkylamino, (C 1 -C 4 -alkoxy)imino, (C 1 -C 4 -alkyl)(C 1 -C 4 -alkoxy)imino, (C 1 -C 4 -haloalkyl)(C 1 -C 4 -alkoxy)imino, C 1 -C 4 -alkylsulphonylamino, aminosulphonyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkylaminosulphonyl, C 1 -C 4 -dialkyl-aminosulphonyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkylsulphoximino, C 3 -C 6 -trialkylsilyl or represents a 3- to 6-membered saturated, partially saturated or aromatic ring which optionally contains one to three heteroatoms selected from the group consisting of O, S and N and which is optionally mono- or polysubstituted by identical or different substituents selected from the group consisting of halogen, cyano, nitro, hydroxyl, amino, carboxyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkyl, C 1 -C 4 -haloalkyl, C 2 -C 6 -alkenyl, C 2 -C 6 -haloalkenyl, C 2 -C 6 -alkynyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkoxy, C 1 -C 4 -haloalkoxy, C 1 -C 4 -alkylthio, C 1 -C 4 -alkylsulphinyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkylsulphonyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkylsulphonyloxy, C 1 -C 4 -haloalkylthio, C 1 -C 4 -haloalkylsulphinyl, C 1 -C 4 -haloalkyl-sulphonyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkylamino, di-(C 1 -C 4 -alkyl)amino, C 1 -C 4 -alkylcarbonylamino, C 1 -C 4 -alkoxycarbonyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkylcarbonyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkylcarbonyloxy, aminocarbonyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkylaminocarbonyl, C 1 -C 4 -dialkylaminocarbonyl, aminothiocarbonyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkyl-aminothiocarbonyl, C 1 -C 4 -dialkylaminothiocarbonyl, C 3 -C 6 -cycloalkylamino, C 1 -C 4 -alkylsulphonylamino, aminosulphonyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkylaminosulphonyl and C 1 -C 4 -dialkyl-aminosulphonyl, or

two radicals R 4 together form, via adjacent carbon atoms, a ring which represents —(CH 2 ) 3 —, —(CH 2 ) 4 —, —(CH 2 ) 5 —, —(CH═CH—) 2 —, —OCH 2 O—, —O(CH 2 ) 2 O—, —OCF 2 O—, —(CF 2 ) 2 O—, —O(CF 2 ) 2 O—, —(CH═CH—CH═N)— or —(CH═CH—N═CH)—, or a fused ring which is optionally mono- or polysubstituted by identical or different substituents, where the substituents independently of one another are selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, cyano, C 1 -C 6 -alkyl, C 3 -C 6 -cycloalkyl, C 1 -C 6 -haloalkyl, C 3 -C 6 -halocycloalkyl, halogen, C 1 -C 6 -alkoxy, C 1 -C 4 -alkylthio(C 1 -C 6 -alkyl), C 1 -C 4 -alkylsulphinyl(C 1 -C 6 -alkyl), C 1 -C 4 -alkylsulphonyl(C 1 -C 6 -alkyl), C 1 -C 4 -alkylamino, di-(C 1 -C 4 -alkyl)amino and C 3 -C 6 -cycloalkylamino, wherein the fused ring is

Q represents a heteroaromatic ring Q-58 of the formula

2. A compound according to claim 1 in which

R 1 represents hydrogen, C 1 -C 6 -alkyl, C 2 -C 6 -alkenyl, C 2 -C 6 -alkynyl, C 3 -C 6 -cycloalkyl, cyano(C 1 -C 6 -alkyl), C 1 -C 6 -haloalkyl, C 2 -C 6 -haloalkenyl, C 2 -C 6 -haloalkynyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkoxy-C 1 -C 4 -alkyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkylthio-C 1 -C 4 -alkyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkylsulphinyl-C 1 -C 4 -alkyl or C 1 -C 4 -alkylsulphonyl-C 1 -C 4 -alkyl,

R 2 represents hydrogen or C 1 -C 6 -alkyl,

R 3 represents optionally mono- or polysubstituted C 1 -C 6 -alkyl, C 2 -C 6 -alkenyl, C 2 -C 6 -alkynyl, C 3 -C 6 -cycloalkyl, where the substituents are identical or different and independently of one another are a saturated or partially saturated heterocyclic ring or an aromatic ring which does not contain any heteroatoms and which is optionally mono- or polysubstituted by identical or different substituents selected from the group consisting of SF 5 , halogen, cyano, nitro, hydroxyl, amino, carboxyl, carbamoyl, C 1 -C 6 -alkyl, C 3 -C 6 -cycloalkyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkoxy, C 1 -C 6 -haloalkyl, C 1 -C 4 -haloalkoxy, C 1 -C 4 -alkylthio, C 1 -C 4 -alkylsulphinyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkylsulphonyl, C 2 -C 6 -alkoxycarbonyl, C 2 -C 6 -alkylcarbonyl and benzyl;

R 7 independently represents hydrogen, halogen, cyano, C 1 -C 4 -alkyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkoxy, C 1 -C 4 -haloalkyl, C 1 -C 4 -haloalkoxy, C 1 -C 4 -haloalkylsulphonyl or (C 1 -C 4 -alkyl)-C 1 -C 4 -alkoxyimino,

p represents 1, 2 or 3,

Z represents N, CH, CF, CCl, CBr or Cl,

Q represents a heteroaromatic ring Q-58 of the formula

 where the heteroaromatic ring Q-58 is optionally monosubstituted by hydrogen, C 1 -C 6 -alkyl, C 2 -C 6 -alkenyl, C 2 -C 6 -alkynyl, C 3 -C 6 -cycloalkyl, C 1 -C 6 -haloalkyl, C 2 -C 6 -haloalkenyl, C 2 -C 6 -haloalkynyl, C 3 -C 6 -halocycloalkyl, halogen, CN, CO 2 H, CO 2 NH 2 , NO 2 , OH, C 1 -C 4 -alkoxy, C 1 -C 4 -haloalkoxy, C 1 -C 4 -alkylthio, C 1 -C 4 -alkylsulphinyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkylsulphonyl, C 1 -C 4 -haloalkylthio, C 1 -C 4 -haloalkylsulphinyl, or C 1 -C 4 -haloalkylsulphonyl, or is monosubstituted by phenyl or a 5- or 6-membered heteroaromatic ring, where the phenyl or the heteroaromatic ring is optionally mono- or polysubstituted by identical or different substituents selected from the group consisting of C 1 -C 6 -alkyl, C 2 -C 6 -alkenyl, C 2 -C 6 -alkynyl, C 3 -C 6 -cycloalkyl, C 1 -C 6 -haloalkyl, C 2 -C 6 -haloalkenyl, C 2 -C 6 -haloalkynyl, C 3 -C 6 -halocycloalkyl, halogen, CN, NO 2 , OH, C 1 -C 4 -alkoxy, and C 1 -C 4 -haloalkoxy.

3. A compound according to claim 1 in which

R 1 represents hydrogen, methyl, ethyl, cyclopropyl, cyanomethyl, methoxymethyl, methylthiomethyl, methylsulphinylmethyl or methylsulphonylmethyl,

R 2 represents hydrogen or methyl,

R 3 represents optionally mono- or polysubstituted C 1 -C 4 -alkyl, where the substituents are identical or different and represent a saturated or partially saturated heterocyclic ring or represent an aromatic ring which does not contain any heteroatoms and which is optionally mono- or polysubstituted by identical or different substituents selected from the group consisting of SF 5 , halogen, cyano, nitro, C 1 -C 4 -alkyl, C 3 -C 6 -cycloalkyl, C 1 -C 2 -alkoxy, C 1 -C 2 -haloalkyl, C 1 -C 2 -haloalkoxy, C 1 -C 2 -alkylthio, C 1 -C 2 -alkylsulphinyl, C 1 -C 2 -alkylsulphonyl, C 2 -C 4 -alkoxycarbonyl, C 2 -C 4 -alkylcarbonyl and benzyl;

4. A mixture of compounds according to claim 3 , in which Qy is Q-62 and Q-63, the ratio of a compound of the formula (I) in which Qy is Q-62 to a compound of the formula (I) in which Qy is Q-63 being 60:40 to 99:1.

5. A mixture of compounds according to claim 3 , in which Qy is Q-58 and Q-59, the ratio of a compound of the formula (I) in which Qy is Q-58 to a compound of the formula (I) in which Qy is Q-59 being 60:40 to 99:1.

6. A composition comprising at least one compound according to claim 1 and at least one salt of formula (XI)

in which

D represents nitrogen or phosphorus,

R 10 , R 11 , R 12 , and R 13 independently of one another represent hydrogen or in each case optionally substituted C 1 -C 8 -alkyl or mono- or polyunsaturated, optionally substituted C 1 -C 8 -alkylene where the substituents are selected from the group consisting of halogen, nitro and cyano,

m represents 1, 2, 3 or 4, and

R 14 represents an inorganic or organic anion.

7. A composition comprising at least one compound according to claim 1 and at least one salt of formula (XII)

R—O-(-AO)v-R′  (XII),

in which

R represents straight-chain or branched alkyl having 4 to 20 carbon atoms,

R′ represents hydrogen, methyl, ethyl, n-propyl, isopropyl, n-butyl, isobutyl, tert-butyl, n-pentyl or n-hexyl,

AO represents an ethylene oxide radical, a propylene oxide radical, or a butylene oxide radical or represents mixtures of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide radicals or butylene oxide radicals and

V represents a number from 2 to 30.

8. An agrochemical composition comprising at least one compound according to claim 1 and at least one extender and/or surfactant.

9. A process for producing an agrochemical composition comprising mixing at least one compound according to claim 1 with at least one extender and/or surfactant.

10. At least one compound according to claim 1 that is being used for controlling animal pests.

11. A method for controlling animal pests comprising applying at least one compound according to claim 1 to animal pests and/or phytopathogenic fungi and/or their habitat and/or seed.

12. An anthranilic diamide derivative according to claim 1 having the formula
