Abstract

Method for the production of irradiation modules, in which a cladding is produced on a reactor housing by a hydroforming method in one work step, and connection parts, bottom termination and flow-guidance geometries are connected to the cladding without additional materials in a device using a laser welding process

A method for the production of irradiation modules, wherein a cladding is produced on a reactor housing ( 1 or 1 a ) by way of a hydroforming method in one work step and connection parts, bottom termination and flow-guidance geometries are connected to the cladding without additional materials in a pressure-tight manner in a device using a laser welding process.
