SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR GENERATING AND USING A DIGITAL PASS
A system, method, and article of manufacture for generating a digital pass is disclosed. The method may comprise retrieving a plurality of identity attributes, and grouping a subset of identity attributes in the plurality of identity attributes to generate at least one digital pass. The method may further comprise grouping a subset of static identity attributes and a subset of dynamic identity attributes to generate a digital pass.
1 . A method comprising:
receiving, by a computer-based system for linking digital passes, a request by a first digital pass user to link the first digital pass user to a second digital pass user;
inquiring, by the computer-based system, into whether the second digital pass user wishes to accept a request of the first digital pass user; and
adding, by the computer-based system, a link between the first digital pass user and the second digital pass user, wherein the link is added as an identity attribute to a first digital pass associated with the first digital pass user and a second digital pass associated with the second digital pass user.
2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the second digital pass user is a beneficiary of the first digital pass user.
3 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising transferring, by the computer-based system, funds between the first digital pass user and the second digital pass user.
4 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising generating, by the computer-based system, an offer based upon a purchase from a merchant with funds transferred from the first digital pass user to the second digital pass user.
5 . The method of claim 4 , wherein the offer is transmitted to the first digital pass user and is based upon an identity attribute associated with the first digital pass user.
6 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising transmitting, by the computer-based system, an offer to a group of linked digital pass users.
7 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising transmitting, by the computer-based system, an offer to a group of digital pass users having a common identity attribute.
8 . An article of manufacture including a non-transitory, tangible computer readable medium having instructions stored thereon that, in response to execution by a computer-based system for linking digital passes, cause the computer-based system to perform operations comprising:
receiving, by the computer-based system, a request by a first digital pass user to link the first digital pass user to a second digital pass user;
inquiring, by the computer-based system, into whether the second digital pass user wishes to accept a request from the first digital pass user; and
adding, by the computer-based system, a link between the first digital pass user and the second digital pass user, wherein the link is added as an identity attribute to a first digital pass associated with the first digital pass user and a second digital pass associated with the second digital pass user.
9 . The article of claim 8 , wherein the second digital pass user is a beneficiary of the first digital pass user.
10 . The article of claim 8 , further comprising transferring, by the computer-based system, funds between the first digital pass user and the second digital pass user.
11 . The article of claim 8 , further comprising generating, by the computer-based system, an offer based upon a purchase from a merchant with funds transferred from the first digital pass user to the second digital pass user.
12 . The article of claim 11 , wherein the offer is transmitted to the first digital pass user and is based upon an identity attribute associated with the first digital pass user.
13 . The article of claim 8 , further comprising transmitting, by the computer-based system, an offer to a group of linked digital pass users.
14 . The article of claim 8 , further comprising transmitting, by the computer-based system, an offer to a group of digital pass users having a common identity attribute.
15 . A system comprising:
a tangible, non-transitory memory communicating with a processor for linking digital passes,
the tangible, non-transitory memory having instructions stored thereon that, in response to execution by the processor, cause the processor to perform operations comprising:
receiving, by the processor, a request by a first digital pass user to link the first digital pass user to a second digital pass user;
inquiring, by the processor, into whether the second digital pass user wishes to accept a request from the first digital pass user; and
adding, by the processor, a link between the first digital pass user and the second digital pass user, wherein the link is added as an identity attribute to a first digital pass associated with the first digital pass user and a second digital pass associated with the second digital pass user.
16 . The system of claim 15 , wherein the second digital pass user is a beneficiary of the first digital pass user.
17 . The system of claim 15 , further comprising transferring, by the processor, funds between the first digital pass user and the second digital pass user.
18 . The system of claim 15 , further comprising generating, by the processor, an offer based upon a purchase from a merchant with funds transferred from the first digital pass user to the second digital pass user.
19 . The system of claim 15 , further comprising transmitting, by the processor, an offer to a group of linked digital pass users.
20 . The system of claim 15 , further comprising transmitting, by the processor, an offer to a group of digital pass users having a common identity attribute.
