10. The compound of claim 8 , which has a melting point of about 113° C.

13. The compound of claim 12 , which has an X-ray powder diffraction pattern with peaks at one or more of about 9.0, 16.9, 17.6, 18.2, 18.4, 18.8 and/or 22.7 degrees 2θ.
14. The compound of claim 12 , which has a melting point of about 136° C.
