Abstract

Provided is a fluorine-containing resin particle dispersion including: fluorine-containing resin particles, a resin which is not dissolved in at least one solvent in a group of hydroxyl group-containing solvents including an alcohol-based solvent having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, containing no aromatic ring in the molecule structure, and a water-based medium, and which is adhered on the surface of the fluorine-containing resin particles, and at least one solvent, in which the resin is not dissolved, in the group of hydroxyl group-containing solvents, in which the fluorine-containing resin particles having the resin adhered on the surface thereof are dispersed.

Claims (34)

1. A fluorine-containing resin particle dispersion comprising:

fluorine-containing resin particles;

a resin; and

at least one hydroxyl group-containing solvent selected from the group consisting of water, and a non-brunched, branched or cyclic aliphatic alcohol having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, containing no aromatic ring in the molecule structure, and optionally containing a fluorine atom,

wherein the resin is adhered on the surface of the fluorine-containing resin particles,

wherein the resin is insoluble in the at least one hydroxyl group-containing solvent,

wherein the resin comprises a segment having a hydrophilic group and a hydrophobic group, the segment having surfactant properties,

wherein the fluorine-containing resin particles having the resin adhered on the surface of the fluorine-containing resin particles are dispersed in the at least one hydroxyl group-containing solvent, and

wherein the resin comprises a random or block copolymer derived from:

a) at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of an arcylate having a perfluoroalkyle group and a methacrylate having a perfluoroalkyl group, and

b) a monomer having no fluorine.

2. The fluorine-containing resin particle dispersion according to claim 1 , wherein the resin is adsorbed on the surface of the fluorine-containing resin particles.

3. The fluorine-containing resin particle dispersion according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one hydroxyl group-containing solvent is at least one selected from the group consisting of an aliphatic alcohol having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, and a fluorine-containing alcohol having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, containing no aromatic ring in the molecule structure.

4. The fluorine-containing resin particle dispersion according to claim 1 , wherein:

the resin is insoluble in the at least one hydroxyl group-containing solvent, and

the at least one hydroxyl group-containing solvent is a non-branched, branched or cyclic aliphatic alcohol having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, containing no aromatic ring in the molecule structure, and optionally containing a fluorine atom.

5. The fluorine-containing resin particle dispersion according to claim 1 further comprising:

a polymer which can be dissolved in at least one solvent, in which the resin is not dissolved, in the group of hydroxyl group-containing solvents.

6. The fluorine-containing resin particle dispersion according to claim 1 further comprising:

a reactive monomer which can be dissolved in at least one solvent, in which the resin is not dissolved, in the group of hydroxyl group-containing solvents.

7. A method for preparing a coating film which contains fluorine-containing resin particles, comprising:

applying the coating liquid which contains fluorine-containing resin particles according to claim 5 on a substrate surface to form an applied film, and

drying the applied film to form a coating film.

8. A coating film which contains fluorine-containing resin particles, prepared by drying the applied film formed by applying the coating liquid which contains fluorine-containing resin particles according to claim 5 .

9. A method for preparing a coating film which contains fluorine-containing resin particles, comprising:

applying the coating liquid which contains fluorine-containing resin particles according to claim 6 on a substrate surface to form an applied film, and

drying the applied film and polymerizing the reactive monomer to form a coating film.

10. A coating film which contains fluorine-containing resin particles, which is prepared by drying the applied film formed by applying the coating liquid which contains fluorine-containing resin particles according to claim 6 , and polymerizing the reactive monomer.

11. A molded body comprising:

a substrate, and

the coating film which contains fluorine-containing resin particles according to claim 8 on the substrate.

12. A molded body comprising:

a substrate, and

the coating film which contains fluorine-containing resin particles according to claim 10 on the substrate.
