Abstract

The present invention relates to novel active compound combinations comprising, firstly, at least one known compound of the formula (I) in which R 1 and A have the meanings given in the description and, secondly, at least one further known active compound from the class of the organophosphates or carbamates, which combinations are highly suitable for controlling animal pests such as insects and unwanted acarids.

Claims (39)

1. A composition comprising, at least one compound of the formula (I)

selected from the group consisting of

(I-5), 4-{[(6-chloropyrid-3-yl)methyl](2,2-difluorethyl)amino}furan-2(5H)-one,

(I-6), 4-{[(6-Chlor-5-fluoropyrid-3-yl)methyl](methyl)amino}furan-2(5H)-one,

and at least one second compound selected from the group consisting of

wherein the ratio of the compound of Formula I to the at least one second compound is from 5:1 to 1:5, and wherein the compound of Formula I and the at least one second compound are present in synergistic amounts.

2. The composition according to claim 1 comprising compound I-5 and thiodicarb.

3. The composition according to claim 1 comprising compound I-5 and chlorpyrifos.

4. The composition according to claim 1 comprising compound I-5 and triazophos.

5. The composition according to claim 1 comprising compound I-5 and acephate.

6. The composition according to claim 1 comprising compound I-6 and thiodicarb.

7. The composition according to claim 1 comprising compound I-6 and chlorpyrifos.

8. The composition according to claim 1 comprising compound I-6 and triazophos.

9. The composition according to claim 1 comprising compound I-6 and acephate.

10. A method for treating seed, comprising treating seed with the composition according to claim 1 .

11. A method for treating transgenic plants, comprising treating the transgenic plants with the composition according to claim 1 .

12. A method for treating seed of transgenic plants, comprising treating the seed of the transgenic plants with the composition according to claim 1 .

13. A method for controlling insect pests, characterized in that the compound of Formula (I)

selected from the group consisting of

(I-5), 4-{[(6-chloropyrid-3-yl)methyl](2,2-difluorethyl)amino}furan-2(5H)-one,

(I-6), 4-{[(6-Chlor-5-fluoropyrid-3-yl)methyl](methyl)amino}furan-2(5H)-one,

and at least one second compound selected from the group consisting of

are allowed to act on the insect pests and/or their habitat and/or seed, wherein the ratio of the compound of Formula I to the at least one second compound is from 5:1 to 1:5, and wherein the compound of Formula I and the at least one second compound are present in synergistic amounts.

14. The method according to claim 13 , wherein the seed is treated with the compound of Formula (I) and the at least one second compound simultaneously.

15. The method according to claim 13 , wherein the seed is treated with the compound of Formula (I) and the at least one second compound at different times.

16. A process for preparing insecticidal and acaricidal compositions, comprising mixing the compound of Formula (I)

selected from the group consisting of

(I-5), 4-{[(6-chloropyrid-3-yl)methyl](2,2-difluorethyl)amino}furan-2(5H)-one,

(I-6), 4-{[(6-Chlor-5-fluoropyrid-3-yl)methyl](methyl)amino}furan-2(5H)-one,

and at least one second compound selected from the group consisting of

with extenders and/or surfactants, wherein the ratio of the compound of Formula I to the at least one second compound is from 5:1 to 1:5, and wherein the compound of Formula I and the at least one second compound are present in synergistic amounts.

17. Seed treated with the compound of formula (I)

selected from the group consisting of

(I-5), 4-{[(6-chloropyrid-3-yl)methyl](2,2-difluorethyl)amino}furan-2(5H)-one,

(I-6), 4-{[(6-Chlor-5-fluoropyrid-3-yl)methyl] (methyl)amino}furan-2(5H)-one,

and at least one second compound selected from the group consisting of

wherein the ratio of the compound of Formula I to the at least one second compound is from 5:1 to 1:5, and wherein the compound of Formula I and the at least one second compound are present in synergistic amounts.

18. The seed according to claim 17 , characterized in that the seed is treated simultaneously with the compound of formula (I) and the at least one second compound.

19. The seed according to claim 17 , characterized in that the seed is treated at different times with the compound of formula (I) and the at least one second compound.
