Compositions and methods for inhibition of the JAK pathway
View Patent ↗Disclosed are compounds of formula I, compositions containing them, and methods of use for the compounds and compositions in the treatment of conditions in which modulation of the JAK pathway or inhibition of JAK kinases, particularly JAK 2 and JAK3, are therapeutically useful.
1. A compound, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein the compound is (5-(2-(4-fluoro-3-methoxy-5-methylphenylamino)-5-methylpyrimidin-4-ylamino)-2-oxobenzo[d]oxazol-3(2H)-yl)methyl dihydrogen phosphate.
2. The compound according to claim 1 wherein the compound is sodium (5-(2-(4-fluoro-3-methoxy-5-methylphenylamino)-5-methylpyrimidin-4-ylamino)-2-oxobenzo[d]oxazol-3(2H)-yl)methyl phosphate.
3. A method for treating a JAK kinase mediated disease, comprising administering to a subject an effective amount of (5-(2-(4-fluoro-3-methoxy-5-methylphenylamino)-5-methylpyrimidin-4-ylamino)-2-oxobenzo[d]oxazol-3(2H)-yl)methyl dihydrogen phosphate, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or combinations thereof.
4. The method of claim 3 , wherein the method comprises treating asthma.
5. The method of claim 3 , wherein the method comprises treating rheumatoid arthritis.
6. The method of claim 3 , wherein the method comprises treating transplant rejection.
7. The method of claim 3 , wherein the method comprises treating kidney transplant rejection.
8. The method of claim 3 , wherein the method comprises treating lung transplant rejection.
