Abstract

A communications apparatus accommodated in a communications system for exchange of information between a communications apparatuses by a multicarrier transmission mode using a plurality of subcarriers. The communications apparatus includes a dedicated transmission data generator for each communications apparatus, configured to generate frequency band information indicating which frequency band is to be used for transmission of data information between each communications apparatus; and a transmitter configured to transmit the dedicated frequency band information with dedicated control channel for each communications apparatus by using a specific frequency band which is set from among a plurality of frequency bands assigned to the communications system, in which the specific frequency band is set as a primary band in a frequency band assigned to the communication system.

Claims (20)

1. A base station accommodated in a communications system for exchange of information between a base station and terminals by a multicarrier transmission mode using a plurality of frequency bands, the base station comprising:

a transmission data generator for each terminal configured to generate dedicated frequency band information indicating which frequency band is to be used for transmission of dedicated data information between each terminal; and

a transmitter configured to transmit the dedicated frequency band information with a dedicated control channel for each terminal by using a specific frequency band which is set from among a plurality of frequency bands assigned to the communications system by using some of the plurality of frequency bands, wherein

the specific frequency band is set as a primary band in a frequency band assigned to the communication system.

2. A communications system for exchange of information between a transmitter and a receiver by a multicarrier transmission mode using a plurality of frequency bands, the communication system comprising:

the transmitter configured to generate dedicated frequency band information indicating which frequency band is to be used for transmission of data information between each communications apparatus, configured to transmit the dedicated frequency band information with a dedicated control channel for each communications apparatus by using a specific frequency band which is set from among a plurality of frequency bands assigned to the communications system, wherein the specific frequency band is set as a primary band in a frequency band assigned to the communication system; and

the receiver configured to receive the dedicated frequency band information with dedicated control channel.

3. A terminal for exchange of information with a base station by a multicarrier transmission mode using a plurality of frequency bands in a communications system, wherein,

the terminal comprising a receiver configured to receive dedicated frequency band information with a dedicated control channel from the base station which comprises a transmitter and is configured to generate said dedicated frequency band information indicating which frequency band is to be used for transmission of data information to each terminal, and is configured to transmit the dedicated frequency band information for each terminal by using a specific frequency band which is set from among a plurality of frequency bands assigned to the communications system, wherein

the specific frequency band is set as a primary band in a frequency band assigned to the communications system.

4. A terminal for exchange of information with a base station by a multicarrier transmission mode using a plurality of frequency bands in a communications system, wherein,

the terminal comprising a receiver configured to receive dedicated frequency resource information with a dedicated control channel from the base station which comprises a transmitter and is configured to generate dedicated frequency resource information indicating which frequency resource is to be used for transmission of data information to each terminal, and is configured to transmit the dedicated frequency resource information for each terminal by using a specific frequency resource which is set from among a plurality of frequency resources assigned to the communications system, wherein the specific frequency resource is set as a primary resource in a frequency resource assigned to the communications system.

5. A communications system for exchange of information between a base station and a terminal by a multicarrier transmission mode using a plurality of frequency bands, wherein

the base station comprising a transmitter and configured to generate dedicated frequency band information indicating which frequency band is to be used for transmission of data information to each terminal, and configured to transmit the dedicated frequency band information with a dedicated control channel for each terminal by using a specific frequency band which is set from among a plurality of frequency bands assigned to the communications system, wherein

the specific frequency band is set as a primary band in a frequency band assigned to the communications system, and

the terminal comprising a receiver configured to receive said dedicated frequency band information with a dedicated control channel from the base station.

6. A communications system for exchange of information between a base station and a terminal by a multicarrier transmission mode using a plurality of frequency bands, wherein

the base station comprising a transmitter and configured to generate dedicated frequency resource information indicating which frequency resource is to be used for transmission of data information to each terminal, and configured to transmit the dedicated frequency resource information with a dedicated control channel for each terminal by using a specific frequency resource which is set from among a plurality of frequency resources assigned to the communications system, wherein

the specific frequency resource is set as a primary resource in a frequency resource assigned to the communications system, and

the terminal comprising a receiver configured to receive said dedicated frequency resource information with a dedicated control channel from the base station.
