Oligomer-containing substituted aromatic triazine compounds
View Patent ↗The invention relates to (among other things) oligomer-containing substituted aromatic triazine compounds. A compound of the invention, when administered by any of a number of administration routes, exhibits one or more advantages over corresponding compounds lacking the oligomer.
1. A compound of the structure
wherein n is an integer selected from the group consisting of 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
2. A composition comprising a compound of the structure
wherein n is an integer selected from the group consisting of 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and
a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.
3. A dosage form comprising a compound of the structure
wherein n is an integer selected from the group consisting of 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
4. The compound of claim 1 , wherein n is 2.
5. The compound of claim 1 , wherein n is 3.
6. The compound of claim 1 , wherein n is 4.
7. The compound of claim 1 , wherein n is 5.
8. The compound of claim 1 , wherein n is 6.
9. The compound of claim 1 , wherein n is 7.
10. The compound of claim 1 , wherein n is 8.
11. The compound of claim 1 , wherein n is 9.
12. The compound of claim 1 , wherein n is 10.
13. The compound of claim 1 , wherein n is 11.
