Organic EL element and manufacturing method thereof
View Patent ↗An organic EL element is provided with a substrate; an electrode set on the substrate; an organic EL layer set on the electrode; and a bank which define the organic EL layer. A lyophilicity at a top of the bank is higher than a lyophilicity at a bottom surface of the bank, and a lyophilicity of the bank gradually changes from the bottom surface of the bank to the top of the bank.
1. An organic EL element comprising:
a substrate;
an electrode set on the substrate;
an organic EL layer set on the electrode; and
a resin-containing bank set on the substrate with a bottom surface of the bank setting on the substrate, which define the organic EL layer; wherein
a lyophilicity at a top of the bank is higher than a lyophilicity at the bottom surface of the bank, and
a lyophilicity of the bank gradually changes from the bottom surface of the bank to the top of the bank.
2. The organic EL element according to claim 1 , wherein the bank comprises a fluorine resin.
3. The organic EL element according to claim 2 , wherein a fluorine concentration of the fluorine resin at the top of the bank is 5 to 10 atom %.
4. The organic EL element according to claim 2 , wherein a fluorine concentration of the fluorine resin at the bottom surface of the bank is 0 to 3 atom %.
5. The organic EL element according to claim 2 , wherein a fluorine concentration of the fluorine resin at the top of the bank is 5 to 10 atom % and a fluorine concentration of the fluorine resin at the bottom surface of the bank is 0 to 3 atom %.
6. The organic EL element according to claim 1 , wherein the bank has a tapered shape in which an area of the bottom surface of the bank is larger than an area of the top of the bank.
7. The organic EL element according to claim 2 , wherein the bank has a tapered shape in which an area of the bottom surface of the bank is larger than an area of the top of the bank.
8. The organic EL element according to claim 3 , wherein the bank has a tapered shape in which an area of the bottom surface of the bank is larger than an area of the top of the bank.
9. The organic EL element according to claim 4 , wherein the bank has a tapered shape in which an area of the bottom surface of the bank is larger than an area of the top of the bank.
10. The organic EL element according to claim 5 , wherein the bank has a tapered shape in which an area of the bottom surface of the bank is larger than an area of the top of the bank.
